Հայաստանի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունների նախագահների` Պաշտպանության բանակ, և մասնավորապես, առաջնային գիծ այցի նպատակն էր ապրիլյան գործողություններից հետո ևս մեկ անգամ անմիջականորեն ծանոթանալ կատարված աշխատանքներին: Այդ մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել է ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Լևոն Մնացականյանը:
«Այցի նպատակն էր, որպեսզի նախագահները ևս մեկ անգամ անմիջականորեն ծանոթանան, տեսնեն, շոշափեն, թե ինչ աշխատանքներ են կատարվել վերջին ժամանակահատվածում, հատկապես ապրիլյան գործողություններից հետո: Ասեմ, որ ահռելի մեծ ծավալի աշխատանքներ են կատարվել բոլոր ուղղություններով և այդ ամենը մենք ներկայացրել ենք Նախագահներին, նախանշել մեր հետագա անելիքները, թե առաջնագծում ինչպիսի աշխատանքների անհրաժեշտություն կա: Մենք չենք տարանջատում առաջնային գիծն ու մշտական տեղակայման վայրը: Նրանց ենք ներկայացրել նաև մշտական տեղակայման վայրում իր ականացված աշխատանքները, մասնավորապես, բարելավվել է մեր զինվորների առօրյան, կենցաղը, այս ուղղությամբ ևս աշխատանքները շարունակվում են»,- ասել է Մնացականյանը` ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծելով, որ իրենց ուշադրության կենտրոնում առաջին հերթին առաջնագիծն է և զորքերի պատրաստության մակարդակը:
ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի խոսքով` կատարված աշխատանքների հետ միասին Նախագահներին են ներկայացրել նաև այն աշխատանքները, որոնք որոշակի խոչընդոտների են հանդիպել: «Իհարկե, այդ ուղղությամբ իրենց միջամտության անհրաժեշտությունը կա և տեղում ցուցումներ են տրվել բոլոր հարցերի առնչությամբ: Մոտ ապագայում այդ ուղղություններով աշխատանքները նոր թափ կստանան և կաշխատենք համապատասխանեցնել մի այնպիսի մակարդակի, որ և մարտական խնդիրը կատարվի, և մշտական տեղակայման վայրում մարտական պատրաստությամբ արդյունավետ զբաղվենք»,- ասել է Մնացականյանը:
