Կառավարությունը ջանքեր է գործադրում տնտեսության դիվերսիֆիկացման ուղղությամբ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը ակտիվ քայլեր է ձեռնարկում երկրի տնտեսության դիվերսիֆիկացիայի, բիզնես միջավայրի բարելավման, արտահանման խթանման ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ 2014թ. պետական բյուջեի կատարման հաշվետվության քննարկման ժամանակ իր եզրափակիչ ելույթում ասաց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը:
«Թեև անցյալ տարվա վերջում բոլոր գերատեսչությունների ակտիվ ջանքերով մեզ հաջողվեց մեղմել արտաքին գործոնների հետևանքով առաջացած բարդ տնտեսական իրավիճակը, այդ ամենի արդյունքում մի բան պարզ դարձավ՝ մեր տնտեսությունը շատ մեծ կախվածություն ունի արտաքին գործոններից: Այդ կախվածությունը նվազեցնելու համար հարկավոր է քայլեր ձեռնարկել տնտեսության դիվերսիֆիկացման ուղղությամբ: Ակնհայտ է նաև, որ մեր երկրում իրականացվող ներդրումների ծավալները բավարար չեն, ուստի հարկավոր է քայլեր ձեռնարկել բիզնես միջավայրի բարելավման ուղղությամբ, ինչը ներդրումներ ներգրավելու ամենակարևոր պայմաններից մեկն է: Հարկավոր է լուրջ քայլեր ձեռնարկել նաև արտահանումը խթանելու համար»,-նշեց Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը՝ վստահեցնելով, որ նշված բոլոր խնդիրները գտնվում են կառավարության ամենօրյա ուշադրության կենտրոնում և դրանց իրականացման ուղղությամբ ակտիվ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում:
Ֆինանսների նախարար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանն Ազգային ժողովում ներկայացրեց այն գործոնները, որոնք բացասական ազդեցություն են ունեցել անցյալ տարվա տնտեսական ցուցանիշների վրա, որոնք տարվա սկզբում դրական միտումներ են ունեցել: «Անցյալ տարի տնտեսական ցուցանիշների վրա բացասական ազդեցություն են ունեցել արտաքին պահանջարկի աճի տեմպերի դանդաղումը, փոխարժեքի արժեզրկումը, մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների մեծ տեսակարար կշիռ ունեցող դրամական փոխանցումների կրճատումը»,- նշեց Խաչատրյանը:
Եզրափակելով ելույթը` նախարարը խորհրդարանի ղեկավարությանը կոչ արեց հարմար պահի քվեարկության դնել ՀՀ 2014թ. պետական բյուջեի կատարման հաշվետվությունը հաստատելու հարցը:
