Մեղրով ընկույզ. բնական միջոց, որը կօգնի բուժել շագանակագեղձի բորբոքումը

Հունական ընկույզում պարունակվող հիմնական միկրոտարրերն են վիտամին E-ն և ցինկը: Հունական ընկույզը հարուստ է նաև մի շարք այլ օգտակար նյութերով, սակայն շագանակագեղձի բորբոքումը բուժելու համար կարևոր են հենց այդ երկուսը: Մեղրի օգտակարության մասին առհասարակ շատ է խոսվել, սակայն այս դեպքում այն հանդես է գալիս որպես կեղևազրկված ընկույզների օգտակար հատկություները պահպանող միջոց:

 Կեղևազրկված հունական ընկույզները շատ շուտ են կորցնում իրենց օգտակար հատկությունները, յուղերը ցնդում են, իսկ միկրոտարրերը քայքայվում են թթվածնի ազդեցության տակ: Մեղրը, կարելի է ասել, բալզամապատում է ընկույզները՝ պահպանելով դրանց օգտակար հատկությունները և նույնիսկ էլ ավելի ուժեղացնելով դրանք՝ իր պարունակած վիտամինների շնորհիվ:

 Պատրաստման եղանակը.

 Մեկ բաժակ (200 մլ.) մեղրի համար հարկավոր է 10-12 կեղևազրկված ընկույզ: Ընկույզները կարելի է պարզապես մաքրել ու ավելացնել մեղրին, սակայն ավելի օգտակար դեղամիջոց պատրաստելու համար հարկավոր է մանրացնել ընկույզները, որպեսզի դրանց պարունակած յուղն ավելի լավ խառնվի մեղրին:

 Ընկույզներն ավելի թեթև են, քան մեղրը, ուստի մի քանի ժամ անց դրանք կհայտնվեն մեղրի մակերևույթին և ամեն անգամ օգտագործելուց առաջ խառնուրդը հարկավոր է լավ խառնել:

 Օգտագործման եղանակը.

 Խառնուրդը ցանկալի է ընդունել առավոտյան: Պարտադիր չէ ուտել այն շատ և օրը մի քանի անգամ: Բավական է առավոտյան 2-3 թեյի գդալ խառնուրդ ուտելը: Կարելի է դրանով պատրաստել շատ համեղ ու սննդարար նախաճաշ:

 Հարկավոր է 200 գրամ չոր կաթնաշոռին ավելացնել 2 ճաշի գդալ թթվասեր (10-15% յուղայնությամբ) և 3 թեյի գդալ մեղրով պատրաստված ընկույզ: Այս նախաճաշը շատ օգտակար է, համեղ ու սննդարար: Այն բարձրացնում է սեռական պոտենցիան և օգնում է բուժել շագաակագեղձի բորբոքումը:

 Միկրոհոգնաների համար թուրմը պատրաստվում է նույն կերպ: Հարկավոր է քնելուց առաջ դատարկել աղիները, 50-100 մլ թուրմը ներարկել ուղիղ աղիք, այնուհետև ցանկալի է 20 րոպե պառկել որովայնի վրա: Միկրոհոգնաները շատ արդյունավետ են շագանակագեղձի սուր բորբոքման և քրոնիկ բորբոքման սրման դեպքում: Բուժման կուրսը սահմանափակումներ չունի, սակայն դրական արդյունքի հասնելու համար հարկավոր է բուժվել հոգնաներով գոնե մեկ ամիս:

 Ինչպես պահել խառնուրդը

Այս միջոցի պահպանման համար հատուկ պայմաններ պետք չէն: Այն կարելի է պահել ինչպես սառնարանում, այնպես էլ պարզապես սենյակային ջերմաստիճանում: Սակայն պետք չէ դնել խառնուրդը արևի ուղիղ ճառագայթների ներքո, քանի որ մեղրն ու ընկույզները արևի տակ կարող են փչանալ: 

Սահմանափակումներ

 Բժիշկներն ու դիետոլոգները զգուշացնում են, որ ընկույզներն ու մեղրը բավական ծանր սնունդ են և չարաշահելու դեպքում կարող են առաջացնել մարսողության ու նյութափոխանակության խանգարումներ: Հատկապես պետք է զգույշ լինեն այն մարդիկ, որոնց արյան մեջ բարձր է խոլեստերինի մակարդակը: Հարկ է հիշել, որ նշված չափաբաժինը բավարար է անհրաժեշտ արդյունքին հասնելու համար, ուստի պետք չէ չարաշահել:
