 Ստեփանակերտի երաժշտական ուսումնարանի դահլիճում դեկտեմբերի 10-ին տեղի է ունեցել Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հայտարարած` Մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային օրվան նվիրված դպրոցական շարադրությունների մրցույթի մրցանակաբաշխության արարողությունը: Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին մրցութային հանձնաժողովի նախագահը և մի քանի անդամներ, հատուկ մրցանակներ սահմանած կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներ,  Արցախի քաղաքաց իական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչներ, մրցույթի գործընկեր  TSD Inc. ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից:

Ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես եկան ԼՂՀ մարդու իրավունքների առաջին պաշտպան Յուրի Հայրապետյանը, ԼՂՀ կրթության, գիտության և սպորտի նախարար Սլավա Ասրյանը, ԼՂՀ մշակույթի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Գայանե Գրիգորյանը:

Առաջին մրցանակային տեղը զբաղեցրել է Ստեփանակերտի համար 8 ավագ դպրոցի 12-րդ դասարանի աշակերտուհի Հելեն Ասրյանը: Երկրորդ մրցանակային տեղը զբաղեցրել է Ասկերանի շրջանի Սզնեք գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցի 11-րդ դասարանի աշակերտուհի Գայանե Մարտիրոսյանը, իսկ երրորդ մրցանակային տեղը` Ստեփանակերտի համար 1 հիմնական դպրոցի 8-րդ դասարանի աշակերտուհի Անի Գևորգյանը: Առաջին մրցանակային տեղը զբաղեցրած մասնակիցը պարգևատրվել է ArmTab պլանշետով և ArmPhone բջջայինով, երկրորդ մրցանակային տեղը զբաղեցրած մասնակիցը՝ ArmTab պլանշետով, իսկ երրորդ տեղը զբաղեցրածը՝ ArmPhone բջջ այինով:

Բացի այդ, մրցույթի եզրափակիչ փուլ անցած, սակայն մրցանակային տեղեր չզբաղեցրած ինը մասնակիցները արժանացել են հատուկ մրցանակների, որոնք սահմանել են հայկական երկու պետությունների խորհրդարանները, ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը, ԼՂՀ կրթության, գիտության և սպորտի նախարարությունը, ԼՂՀ մշակույթի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարությունը, ԵՊՀ իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետը, ԼՂՀ մարդու իրավունքների առաջին պաշտպանը, ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Շուշան Պետրոսյանը, և ԼՂՀ արհմիությունների ֆեդերացիան: Մրցույթի գործընկեր TSD Inc. ընկերությունն ArmPhone բջջայինով պարգևատրել է եզրափակչի ևս մեկ մասնակցի` Մարտակերտի շրջանի Վաղուհաս գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցի 10-րդ դասարանի աշակերտ Մարատ Հայրապետյանին:

Իր խոսքում Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հանձնաժողովի անդամներին, հատուկ մրցանակներ սահմանած կառույցներին, մրցույթի գործընկեր TSD Inc. ընկերությանը, ինչպես նաև մրցույթի բոլոր մասնակիցներին: Ռուբեն Մելիքյանն ընդգծել է, որ շարադրությունների մրցույթը հասել է իր նպատակին, քանի որ մեր դպրոցականներին առիթ է տվել մտածելու մարդու իրավունքների դերի, դրանց կարևորության մասին: Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել մրցույթը դարձնել ամենամյա, իսկ եզրափակչի մասնակիցների համար կազմակերպել ուսումնական այց Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն` ուղղված մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտում գործառնող կառույցների հետ շփումների հաստատմանը, ինչպես նաև իրավունքի ոլորտում գիտելիքների ընդլայնմանը:

Մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային օրվան նվիրված դպրոցական շարադրությունների մրցույթը հայտարարվել էր սեպտեմբերի 1-ին: Ձևավորվել էր մրցութային հանձնաժողով` Արցախի, Հայաստանի և Սփյուռքի 18 հանրային գործիչների ներգրավմամբ: Մրցութային հանձնաժողովի նախագահն էր Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների առաջին պաշտպան Յուրի Հայրապետյանը:
