Սյունիքի մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանին՝ Լիսկային հանդիպեցինք  ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակի  Հելսինկյան եզրափակիչ  ակտի 40-րդ տարեդարձի միջոցառմանը։ Քրեական սկանդալների կիզակետում մշտապես գտնվող մարզպետի ներկայությունը այս կառույցի միջոցառմանը  զարմանալի թվաց։«Ժամանակ»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց՝ մի քանի գյուղերի ոռոգման խնդիրը լուծելու համատեղ ծրագիր ունեն։ Դիտարկմանը, թե մարզպետարանը չունի՞ համապատասխան բյուջե, պատմական գիտությունների թեկնածուն կարճ կապեց՝ «масло кашу не портит»։  Գյուղացիների խնդրով տապակվող Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանն արդեն լծվել է է նաև հայրենի իշխանության վերարտադրման գործին։ Ինչպես բոլոր ընտրություններին, սահմանդրական փոփոխությունենրի հանրաքվեին էլ արդեն պատրաստ են:


-Պարոն Խաչատրյան Դուք հայտնի եք ընտրություններին իշխանության օգտին բարձր տոկոսներ ապահովելու գործում։ Հանրաքվեին ինչպե՞ս եք պատրաստվում։


-Պատրաստ ենք արդեն, մի մտահոգվի։ Նորմալ կլինի։

-Ասում են՝ Դուք վախի մթնոլորտ եք ստեղծել, այդ պատճառով էլ կարողանում եք բարձր տոկոսներ ապահովել։
 

-Էդ վախկոտ մարդիկ են տենց բաներ ասում, սյունեցիք վախկոտ չեն։ Ինձանից խի՞ պիտի վախենան, ես գե՞լ եմ, գազա՞ն եմ , խի՞ պիտի վախենան ինձանից, մարդիկ հարգում են ինձ, փոխադարձ հարգանք կա, ի՞նչ վախի մասին է խոսքը։
 

-Ձեր մասին միշտ գրում են, որ օրենքը շրջանցում եք…


-Ամենաշատ օրինապաշտը ես եմ։

-Շատ զարմանալի է, որ Ձեր որդին դեռ կալանավայրում է, չի՞ հաջողվում Ձեզ նրան ազատել, ի՞նչն է խնդիրը։
 

-Ես դրա մասին չեմ էլ մտածում, քննությունը գնում ա, կպարզվի կճշտվի, դուք էլ կտեսնեք։

-Ձեր եղբայրն էլ, որ նույն քրեական գործով անցնում է ու տեղափոխվել էր հոգեբուժարան, դուրս է գրվել, արդեն ամեն ինչ կարգի՞ն է ։
 

-Ո՞նց կարգին լինի, գանգի ջարդվածք ունի էդ մարդը, ժամանակ առ ժամանկ պիտի բուժում տանա։
