Ակնհայտ սուտ մատնություն. ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցը հանիրավի մեղադրվել է կեղծիք կատարելու մեջ

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ քաղաքացի Հեղինե Շարբաթյանը հաղորդմամբ հայտնել է, որ ՀՀ ԿԱ ԱԱԾ Լոռու մարզային վարչության աշխատակից Վահե Ծատուրյանն առանց իր իմացության, իր անվամբ կազմել և ստորագրել է պաշտոնեական փաստաթուղթ հանդիսացող հաղորդում ու բացատրություն տալու մասին կեղծ արձանագրություններ այն մասին, թե, իբր, Տաշիրի սոցիալական ապահովության տարածքային բաժնի աշխատակից Արմինե Գրիգորյանն ընտանեկան նպասÕ ¿ նշանակելիս, փաստաթղթերի ձևակերպման համար իրենից պահանջել և ստացել է 60.000 ՀՀ դրամ ապօրինի վարձատրություն:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից, ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում պատշաճ ընթացակարգով ստուգվել են ՀՀ ԿԱ ԱԱԾ պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու վերաբերյալ Հ. Շարբաթյանի հաղորդման մեջ մատնանշված դրվագների բոլոր հանգամանքները:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացվել են մի շարք քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ, նշանակվել է դատաձեռագրաբանական փորձաքննություն:
Համաձայն նշանակված դատաձեռագրաբանական փորձաքննության եզրակացության՝ Հ. Շարբաթյանի անվամբ լրացված փաստաթղթերում առկա ձեռագիր գրառումներն ու ստորագրությունները կատարվել են վերջինիս կողմից:
Այս կերպ Հեղինե Շարբաթյանը հանցագործության կատարման մեջ անհիմն մեղադրել է ՀՀ ԿԱ ԱԱԾ Լոռու մարզային վարչության աշխատակից Վահե Ծատուրյանին:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված ապացույցներով որոշում է կայացվել ՀՀ ԿԱ ԱԱԾ Լոռու մարզային վարչության աշխատակից Վահե Ծատուրյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում չիրականացնել՝ հանցագործության դեպքի բացակայության պատճառով:
Միաժամանակ, ակնհայտ սուտ մատնություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ, ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում, հարուցված քրեական գործով Հեղինե Շարբաթյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 333-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ավարտվել է հիշյալ քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել է դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
