Աշխատանքային խումբը քննարկել է սեյսմակայուն շինարարության նորմերը

ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեում դեկտեմբերի 12-ին տեղի է ունեցել քաղաքաշինության բնագավառի նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերի մշակման, վերանայման ու տեղայնացման գործընթացն իրականացնող աշխատանքային խմբի անդրանիկ նիստը՝ ոլորտում առկա հիմնախնդիրների լուծմանն ուղղված ծրագիր-ժամանակացույցին համապատասխան:
ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից տեղեկացրել են. «Նիստը վարել է Կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Արմեն Ղուլարյանը: Խորհրդակցությանը ներկա են եղել աշխատանքային խմբի անդամ, ոլորտի պատասխանատուներ, ինչպես կոմիտեի աշխատակազմից, այնպես էլ՝ այլ շահագրգիռ գերատեսչություններից:
Քննարկման հիմնական թեման սեյսմակայուն շինարարության նորմերն էին` առաջնահերթ մշակման և տեղայնացման ենթակա նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերի ցանկի հաստատումը, նախկին ԽՍՀՄ նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերի տեղայնացումը` հաշվի առնելով հանրապետության բնակլիմայական առանձնահատկությունները, ինչպես նաև 1991 թվականից հետո մշակված և հաստատված հանրապետական նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերի վերանայման հարցերը:
Ներկաների համոզմամբ՝ անհրաժեշտ է ստեղծել մասնագիտական աշխատանքային խումբ, որը կուսումնասիրի ոչ միան նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերի եվրասիական, այլև՝ ամերիկյան և եվրոպական ուղղությունները, որից հետո հնարավոր կլինի մշակել ու կիրառության մեջ դնել ազգային մոդել՝ մեր տարածաշրջանին բնակլիմայական պահանջներին համապատասխան:
Սեյսմակայուն շինարարության ոլորտի պատասխանատուների համոզմամբ ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեն պետք է լինի շինարարության ոլորտում մշակված նորմատիվների դաշտը համակարգող կառույց»:
