Ինքնազբաղված անձանց հարկային արտոնությունների օրինագծով նախատեսվում է 23 գործունեություն ազատել հարկերից

 «Ինքնազբաղված անձանց հարկային արտոնությունների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը նախատեսում է հարկումից ազատել գործունեության որոշ տեսակներով ինքնազբաղված անձանց: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` դեկտեմբերի 13-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ նախագահի տեղակալ Վախթանգ Միրումյանը նշեց, որ այս նախագծի մշակումը բխում է ՀՀ կառավարության գործունեության ծրագրից: 

«Ինքնազբաղված անձինք են համարվելու տարեկան մինչև 9 մլն դրամ շրջանառություն ունեցող և վարձու աշխատողներ չունեցող ֆիզիկական անձինք, ովքեր տնտեսական գործունեությունը կազմակերպում են ինքնուրույն: Օրինագիծը նախատեսում է 23 գործունեություն, որոնց իրականացման դեպքում ֆիզիկական անձինք, պարզապես կհաշվառվեն հարկային մարմնում, կստանան արտոնագիր, բայց դրա դիմաց որևէ վճար չեն կատարի: Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, վերաբերում է բնակչության պատվերով կատարվող մի շարք ծառայությունների` հագուստի արտադրության և վերանորոգման, փայտյա իրերի պատրաստման, կահ ույքի և տան կահավորանքի, համակարգչային տեխնիկայի, հեռուստացույցների, լվացքի մեքենաների, օդորակիչների և այլ կենցաղային տեխնիկայի նորոգման, ծրագրային սպասարկման, լեզուների ուսուցման դասընթացների, զբոսաշրջային տների միջոցով հյուրանոցային ծառայությունների սպասարկման և այլն»,- տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ նախագահի տեղակալ Վախթանգ Միրումյանը` հավելելով, որ գործունեության բոլոր տեսակների մասով ներկայումս վճարվում է ամսական 1000-6500 դրամ, իսկ գործունեության որոշ տեսակների համար նաև` 10 000- 15 000 դրամ արտոնագրային վճարներ, իսկ օրենքի ընդունումից հետ ո ֆիզիկական անձինք այդ գումարները չեն վճարի:

Միրումյանի ներկայացմամբ, այս օրենքի ընդունման պարագայում հարկերից ազատվող ինքնազբաղված անձինք կկազմեն 1570 հոգի, իսկ նրանց տրվող արտոնության գումարը` շուրջ 400 մլն դրամ:

«Ինքնազբաղված անձանց հարկային արտոնությունների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը ՀՀ կառավարության հավանությանն է արժանացել դեկտեմբերի 8-ին:
