Հարկային համաներումը երկուսից ավելի գույք օտարած ֆիզիկական անձանց ազատելու է տույժ և տուգանքներից

Հարկային համաներման նախագծով առաջարկվում է մինչև 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 30-ը ներառյալ երկու և ավելի գույք օտարած և ԱԱՀ-ի գծով հարկային պարտավորություն ունեցող ֆիզիկական անձանց ազատել տույժ և տուգանքներից: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին դեկտեմբերի 13-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ նախագահի տեղակալ Վախթանգ Միրումյանը:
«Առաջարկվում է, որ բոլոր այն դեպքերում, երբ նշված ֆիզիկական անձինք կվճարեն հարկի մայր գումարներ, նրանք կազատվեն տույժերի և տուգանքների վճարումից: Ակնհայտ է, որ սա էապես թեթևացում է նրանց համար, եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ 2018 թվականից ֆիզիկական անձինք, ովքեր անհատ ձեռնարկատերեր չեն, հարկային օրենսգրքի ընդունմամբ հանվել են ԱԱՀ-ի դաշտից»,- նշեց Միրումյանը` հավելելով, որ այս արտոնությունը կնպաստի, որպեսզի 2017 թվականին նման երևույթներ չլինեն:
