Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կողմ է քվեարկելու զինծառայողների հատուցման նախագծին

Ազգային ժողովի ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը  կողմ է քվեարկելու մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ զոհված կամ վիրավորված ընտանիքների հատուցման հիմնադրամ ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությանը: Ազգային ժողովում «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության ժամանակ զինծառայողների կյանքին կամ առողջությանը պատճա ռված վնասի հատուցման մասին» և կից ներկայացված օրենքի նախագծերի օրենսդրական փաթեթի երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկման ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ  նախագծով հնարավորություն է ստեղծվում զինծառայողների սոցիալական խնդիրը դնել ինստիտուցիոնալ լուծման հիմքի վրա: «Սա նախագիծ է, որը կազատի վիրավորված կամ հաշմանդամ դարձած զինծառայողների ընտանիքի անդամներին պետական մարմինների կամ օլիգարխների դռների առաջ ժամեր ու օրեր անցկացնելուց»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց պատգամավորը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այն կարծիքին է, որ  զոհված զինծառայողի ընտանիքը չպետք է մնա որևէ մեկի բարեգործության հույսին: Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ դա նվաստացուցիչ է զինծառայողի ընտանիքի համար: «Մենք այս 1000 դրամները չենք տալիս իշխանությանը, մենք դա տալիս ենք բանակին»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Պատգամավորը հավելեց, որ բանակը կարեկցանքի ու հանգանակության, բարեգործության սուբյեկտ չէ, զոհված զինծառայողի ընտանիքը չպետք է կարեկցանքի ու բարեգործության սուբյեկտ լինի:  «Իհարկե, ապրիլյան պատերազմի օրերին շատ մարդիկ շատ միջոցներ ուղարկեցին բանակ, սակայն այդ ամենը պետք է կազմակերպված լինի: Ես կողմ եմ քվեարկելու այս նախագծին, և ոչինչ չի ստիպի ինձ կողմ չքվեարկել»,- եզրափակեց պատգամավորը:
