«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Մեր հյուրն է արաբագետ Հայկ Քոչարյանը
– Երեկ հայտարարվեց, որ Հալեպն ազատագրվել է կառավարական ուժերի կողմից: Սա կարելի՞ է նոր փուլ համարել սիրիական ճգնաժամում:
– Հալեպի ազատագրումը շատ կարևոր է կառավարական ուժերի համար, որովհետև ռազմավարական կարևոր նշանակություն ունի` հյուսիսային հատվածում վերահսկողության տեսանկյունից: Չմոռանանք, որ հյուսիսում թուրքական ուժերն են: Նաև` «Ազատ բանակի» ներկայացուցիչները, որոնք օժանդակություն են ստանում նույն Թուրքիայից: Բայցևայնպես, Հալեպի ազատագրումը մի փոքր փուլ է ու չի նշանակում, թե սիրիական ճգնաժամը լուծվեց: Ավելին՝ հակամարտությունը նոր թափով շարունակվում է հարավում և հարավ–արևելքում: «Իսլամական պետությունը» գրոհել է Պալմիրան: Փաստորեն ուժերի կենտրոնացումը մեկ տեղում բերում է դրանց թուլացմանը, մեկ այլ վայրում՝ ուժեղացմանը, ինչից էլ օգտվում են հակառակորդ կողմերը:
– Հալեպի ազատագրման հարցում բավականին մեծ դեր ունի թերևս ռուսական օժանդակությունը: Արդյո՞ք դա նշանակում է, որ հիմա ռուսական կողմի դիրքերը բանակցային գործընթացում կարող են ուժեղանալ: Կամ ընդհանրապես այդ առումով փոփոխություններ կարո՞ղ են լինել:
– Սիրիական ճգնաժամում ռուսական կողմի դիրքերը շատ հստակ կառուցված են: Իսկ Հալեպի ազատագրումը պրոասադական ուժերին ուղղակի թույլ կտա խոսել մի փոքր ավելի ամուր և պահանջողի դիրքերից: Բայց չմոռանանք, որ ունենք քրդական անկլավ: Եվ քրդական խնդիրը բոլոր ուժերի համար դեռ օրակարգային է: Նաև` Ասադի համար: Իսկ մայրաքաղաքի ազատագրման բուն գործողություններին բացի ռուսական ուժերից մասնակցել է նաև իրանական կողմը: Թեհրանի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող շիական ճակատները լուրջ դերակատարություն են ունեցել: Ուստի այս պահին կարելի է արձանագրել, որ պրոասադական ուժերը հասել են դիրքային որոշակի առավելության:
– Ի դեպ, Արևմուտքը, ԱՄՆ–ն, նույնիսկ ՄԱԿ–ի գլխավոր քարտուղարն արդեն հասցրել են ահազանգել, որ ազատագրումից հետո քաղաքի խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ կառավարական ուժերի կողմից դաժանություններ են կիրառվում: Փաստորեն, գերտերությունների միջև պայքարը այս հարթակում շարունակվում է:
– Բնականաբար: Այս փաստն օգտագործվելու է ճգնաժամում ներգրավված ամենատարբեր խմբերի, կոալիցիաների կողմից` սեփական դիրքորոշումը հայտնելու և ի շահ իրենց խաղարկելու նպատակով:
– Փաստորեն մենք դեռ հեռու ենք ճգնաժամի կարգավորումից:
– Կարելի է այսպես ասել` մտել ենք ճգնաժամի հերթական փուլ, բայց հանգուցալուծումը դեռ չի երևում:
