Ալավերդիում բացվել է Քաղաքացիների սպասարկման գրասենյակ: Այսուհետ մեկ վայրում քաղաքացիները կօգտվեն մի շարք ծառայություններից ու կստանան իրենց հետաքրքրող հարցերի պատասխանները, ինչը նրանց կազատի բյուրոկրատական քաշքշուկներից ու ժամանակի կորստից:
Համակարգը կնպաստի նաև քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ ՏԻՄ-երի հաշվետվողականության և թափանցիկության բարձրացմանը, մատուցվող ծառայությունների վրա ծախսվող ժամանակի կրճատմանը, մասնակցային տեղական ինքնակառավարման ապահովմանը: Բնակիչները հնարավորություն կունենան օգտվել առցանց ծառայություններից, հետևել դրանց ընթացքին, առցանց հարցեր ուղղել համապատասխան մասնագետներին:
Նշենք, որ գրասենյակը բացվել է Համայնքների զարգացում Հարավային Կովկասում» ծրագրի շրջանակներում՝ ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության և Գերմանիայի միջազգային համագործակցության ընկերության (ԳՄՀԸ) կողմից, Գերմանիայի տնտեսական համագործակցության և զարգացման դաշնային նախարարության աջակցությամբ և Հայաստանում՝ Շվեյցարիայի զարգացման և համագործակցության գործակալության (ՇԶՀԳ) և ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության (ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ) համաֆինանսավորմամբ:
Նախորդ տարվանից սկսած՝ այս ծրագրով հիմնվել է ևս ութ գրասենյակ, որոնց շնորհիվ Շինուհայրում, Թումանյանում, Աբովյանում, Արտաշատում, Զառիթափում, Պեմզաշենում, Ուրցաձորում և Աշտարակում քաղաքացիներին մատուցվում են բարձրորակ ծառայություններ:
