INTERVIEW
ՕԵԿ խմբակցության նախկին պատգամավոր Կարեն Բոթոյանը հերքում է այն տեղեկությունները, թե իր նկատմամբ ճնշումներ են եղել, եւ ինչի արդյունքում ինքը որոշել է դուրս գալ ՕԵԿ-ից եւ կողմ քվեարկել կառավարության գործունեության ծրագրին: Կարեն Բոթոյանն այսուհետ լինելու է որպես անկախ պատգամավոր: ԳԱԼԱ-ի լրագրողի հետ զրույցում ԱԺ պատգամավորը խոսել է իր որոշման եւ հետագա գործունեության մասին: Պատգամավորի հետ հարցազրույցը ներկայացնում ենք ամբողջությամբ:
– Պարոն Բոթոյան, ինչո՞ւ որոշեցիք դուրս գալ ՕԵԿխմբակցությունից:
– Ես հայտարարել եմ արդեն, որ դուրս եմ գալիս և կառավարության ծրագրին կողմ եմ քվեարկել:
– ՕԵԿ–ում քանի՞ տարի եք եղել, ում կողմից էր եղել առաջարկը անդամակցելայդկուսակցությանը եւ ինչո՞ւ համաձայնեցիք:
– Անդամակցելը վաղուց է եղել, բայց ակտիվ գործունեությունը եղել է 2007 թվականից, այսինքն երբ որ նպատակ էի դրել պատգամավոր ընտրվել:
– Կուսակցությունը օգնե՞լ է ձեզ ընտրություններում հաղթանակ տանելու հարցում:
-Բնականաբար, իր լուման ունեցել է:
–Խմբակցությունից դուրս գալու որոշումը քննարկե՞լ եք Արթուր Բաղդասարյանի հետ:
-Իհարկե:
–Ինչպե՞ս է արձագանքել:
-Փորձեցին ինձ հասկանալ, ասեց՝ մենք կփորձենք հասկանալ եւ ընդառաջ կգնանք:
–Ձեր հայտարարությունից հետո վարման կարգով խոսեց նաեւ ՕԵԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Հեղինե Բիշարյանը, ով նշեց, թե ձեր նկատմամբ ճնշումներ են եղել:
-Նա ասաց գործարար- պատգամավոր: Ես ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ եմ ասում՝ չկա մեկը, որ կարող է ասի, որ այս բիզնեսը Կարեն Բոթոյանինն է: Ես գործարար չեմ, եւ եթե գործարար չեմ՝ ինչ ճնշումներ: Ես պաշտոնապես հայտարարում եմ, որ ոչ մեկի կողմից ճնշում չի եղել:
–Բայց ձեր աները՝ Սերգեյ Մանուկյանն է (Շինանյութի Սերգեյ) գործարար, հնարավո՞ր է…
-Այո, իմ աները գործարար է, բայց ես ասում եմ՝ նա իմ որոշման մասին տեղեկացել է հեռուստատեսությամբ, ընդհանրապես տեղյակ չի եղել:
–Ձեր հետագա կարգավիճակը ինչպիսի՞ն է լինելու խորհրդարանում:
-Ես գործելու եմ որպես անկախ պատգամավոր: Փորձելու եմ իմ տարածաշրջանի հետ կապված հարցերը լուծել:
