ՊՊԾ գնդի տարածքում զոհված ոստիկանների ընտանիքներին բնակարան կնվիրեն. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման ժամանակ վիրավորում ստացած, այնուհետև հիվանդանոցում մահացած ոստիկան Գագիկ Մկրտչյանն ու պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի տարածքում դիպուկահարի գնդակից մահացած Յուրի Տեփանոսյանի ընտանիքներին բնակարան կնվիրեն:
Երևան քաղաքի ավագանին որոշել է Երևան համայնքի սեփականությունը համարվող Սիսակյան փողոցի հ.16 շենքում գտնվող երկու բնակարաններից մեկը սեփականության իրավունքով նվիրել Յուրի Տեփանոսյանի ընտանիքին՝ Արփինե Թումասյանին, Էլեն, Աշխեն և Կարեն Տեփանոսյաններին, իսկ նույն շենքի մեկ այլ բնակարան էլ Գագիկ Մկրտչյանի այրուն և որդուն՝ Հասմիկ Ոսկանյանին և Մհեր Մկրտչյանին։
Ինչպես նախագծում է ասված՝ Յուրի Տեփանոսյանը մահացել է հուլիսի 30–ին պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի տարածքում դիպուկահարի գնդակից։ Նա ոստիկանության զորքերում ծառայում էր 2011 թ.։ Վերջինս հետմահու արժանացել է լեյտենանտի կոչմանը։ Գագիկ Մկրտչյանը հանդիսանում է 2016 թ. հուլիսի 17–ին մի խումբ զինյալ անձանց կողմից ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի տարածքում իրականացված գրոհի զոհերից մեկը։ Նա մահացել է օգոստոսի 13–ին` այդպես էլ ուշքի չգալով գրոհի ժամանակ ստացած ծանր հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Գագիկ Մկրտչյանը ոստիկանության համակարգ էր ընդունվել 1993 թվականին:
Յուրի Տեփանոսյանի և Գագիկ Մկրտչյանի ընտանիքների բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման համար միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության պետ, գեներալ–լեյտենանտ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը։ 
Յուրի Տեփանոսյանն ու Գագիկ Մկրտչյանը մինչ այդ չունեին բնակարան և իրենց կանանց և երեխաների հետ բնակվում էին մայրաքաղաքում վարձակալված բնակարաններում։ 
Հաշվի առնելով նրանց ավանդը երկրի պաշտպանության գործում, ինչպես նաև նրանց ընտանիքների բնակարանային պայմանները, Երևան քաղաքի ավագանին մշակել է որոշման այս նախագիծը։
