 ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը դեկտեմբերի 13-ին այցելել է Ստեփանծմինդա - Լարս ճանապարհահատված՝ տեղում ծանոթանալու իրավիճակին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայություն ից:

Արդեն մոտ 2 շաբաթ է` ձյան առատ տեղումների և բքի պատճառով ճանապարհահատվածը որոշակի սահմանափակումներով բաց էր միայն մարդատար և մինչև 30 նստատեղ ունեցող ավտոմեքենաների համար: Բեռնատարները 10 օրից ավելի է` սահմանակետում սպասում են եղանակային պայմանների բարելավմանը: Նախարարը զրուցել է վարորդների հետ, հետաքրքրվել, թե ինչպիսի աջակցության կարիք ունեն:

Վրաստանի էկոնոմիկայի և կայուն զարգացման նախարարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Խուցիշվիլին, սահմանային անցակետի վրացական կողմում նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանին ներկայացնելով  իրավիճակը, նշել է, որ Վրաստանի համապատասխան կառույցներն աշխատում են արտակարգ ռեժիմով, իրականացնում են ճանապարհների մաքրման աշխատանքներ, սակայն եղանակային պայմաններն անհնարին են դարձնում տրանսպորտային միջոցների անվտանգ երթևեկը:

Սահմանային անցակետի վրացական հատվածում բեռնատարների վերջին օրերի շարժը նախարարին ներկայացրել է  նաև Վրաստանի մաքսային դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարը, ընդգծելով, որ եթե եղանակը  բարենպաստ լինի՝ օրական մեծ թվով մեքենաներ կարող են հատել սահմանը։

«Թե՛ վրացական, թե՛ ռուսական կողմի մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավարները վստահեցրին, որ եղանակի թեկուզ կարճաժամկետ բարելավման դեպքում  հնարավորին արագ կկազմակերպեն կուտակված ծանրաքարշ մեքենաների մաքսային ձևակերպումները, որպեսզի առավելագույն քանակի մեքենաներ շարունակեն ճանապարհը»,- հայտնեց նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը:

Երկու օր առաջ ձյունը կարճ ժամանակով դադարել էր, Լարսի ճանապարհը բացվել էր։   50 բեռնատար մեքենա, հատելով սահմանը, հնարավորություն էր ստացել  շարունակելու ճանապարհը։ Սակայն  տեղումներն ու բուքը վերսկսվել են։ Ճանապարհի մնացած հատվածը դարձել է անանցանելի, ու մեքենաները մնացել են ճանապարհին։

Նույն օրը` երեկոյան, ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը Թբիլիսիում հանդիպել է Վրաստանի Էկոնոմիկայի և կայուն զարգացման նախարար Գիորգի Գախարիային և Վրաստանի ենթակառուցվածքների և տարածքային զարգացման նախարար Զուրաբ Ալավիդձեին։ Իսկ դեկտեմբերի 14-ին նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանին ընդունել է Վրաստանի  վարչապետ Գիորգի Կվիրիկաշվիլին:

Հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվել են խնդրի լուծման հնարավոր տարբերակներ։ Վրաց պաշտոնյաները Վահան Մարտիրոսյանին վստահեցրել են, որ  վարորդներին կտրամադրվի ցանկացած օժանդակություն և օգնություն, իսկ առաջին հնարավորության դեպքում՝ կկազմակերպվի նաև  մեքենաների անվտանգ երթևեկությունը։

Սաստիկ բքի և առատ տեղումների պատճառով այս պահի դրությամբ Ստեփանծմինդա - Լարս ճանապարհահատվածը երկկողմանի փակվել  է բոլոր տեսակի տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար:
