Մարդկային օրգանիզմը մի յուրահատուկ մեխանիզմ է, որում միևնույն ժամանակ տեղի են ունենում միմյանցից անկախ բազում գործընթացներ։ Մարդը սովորաբար նկատում է ցանկացած խանգարում, սակայն, այնուամենայնիվ, հազվադեպ է ուշադրություն դարձնում դրանց։ Սա է պատճառը, որ մարդիկ հաճախ չափազանց ուշ են սկսում գործել, մինչդեռ կարելի էր չհապաղել: Ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացնում 10 կարևոր նշան, որոնք ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի անտեսել:
Մաշկի չորություն
Մաշկի չորությունը կարող է պայմանավորված լինել վիտամին Е-ի պակասով, ուստի հարկավոր է ժամանակին քայլեր ձեռնարկել: Այս վիտամինի պակասը լրացնելու համար հարկավոր է ուտել ավելի շատ կաղամբ, նուշ, սերմեր, բուսայուղեր, սպանախ, ձկներ ու ձու:
Փխրուն մազեր ու եղունգներ
Այս խնդիրը հիմնականում պայմանավորված է լինում վիտամին D-ի և կալցիումի պակասով, ուստի հարկավոր է օգտագործել ավելի շատ բանջարեղեն (կարտոֆիլ, բրոկոլի), խմել հում կաթ, կեֆիր ու յոգուրտ և ուտել ծլած ցորեն ու հացահատիկներ:
Քաղցր սնունդ ուտելու ցանկություն
Հնարավոր է լինի նյարդային հյուծվածության ու էներգիայի պակասի արդյունքում։ Այս դեպքում օրգանիզմին անհրաժեշտ է գլյուկոզա, սակայն դա չի նշանակում, որ կարելի է ուտել մեծ քանակությամբ շոլոլադ։ Դրա փոխարեն կարելի է ուտել մեղր կամ մի փոքր դառը շոկոլադ:
Թթու սնունդ ուտելու ցանկություն
Ամենայն հավանականությամբ՝ հարկավոր է խթանել լյարդի ու լեղապարկի աշխատանքը թթու սնունդով: Կարելի է օգտագործել ավելի շատ կիտրոն ու հապալաս:
Ծովամթերք ուտելու ցանկություն
Ծովամթերք ուտելու ցանկությունը վկայում է յոդի պակասի մասին: Այս խնդիրը կարելի է լուծել՝ չոր ջրիմուռներ, թունա ձուկ և ձողաձուկ օգտագործելով:
Լնդերի արյունահոսություն
Արյունահոսող լնդերը վիտամին С-ի պակասի նշան են, ուստի հարկավոր է օգտագործել ավելի շատ մրգեր ու բանջարեղեն։
Աղի սնունդ ուտելու ցանկություն
Աղի սնունդ ուտելու ցանկությունն ի հայտ է գալիս միզասեռական համակարգի վարակների կամ բորբոքումների դեպքում:
Դյուրագրգիռություն, ոտքերի ջղաձգումներ, քնի վատ որակ
Այս խնդիրները պայամանավորված են օրգանիզմում կալիումի և մագնեզիումի պակասով: Օրգանիզմում այս հանքանյութերի պակասը բարձրացնելու համար հարկավոր է օգտագործել ավելի շատ կաղամբ, ընկուզեղեն, սպանախ, կտավատի սերմեր, արևածաղկի սերմեր և նուշ:
Արմունկների չոր մաշկ
Եթե արմունկների մաշկը խիստ չորացել է, նշանակում է օրգանիզմն ունի A և C վիտամինների կարիք: Հարկավոր հարստացնել սննդակարգը դդմով, նարնջով և ծիրանով:
Հում սննդամթերք ուտելու ցանկություն
Եթե նկատվում է հում մթերք ուտելու ուժեղ ցանկություն, ապա ստամոքսը հանգստացնելու համար կարելի է ուտել մի փոքր միրգ ու հում բանջարեղեն:
