ՀՀ փոխարտգործնախարարը Բելգրադում հակադարձել է ադրբեջանցի գործընկերոջ անհիմն մեղադրանքներին

Բելգրադում դեկտեմբերի 13-ին տեղի ունեցավ Սևծովյան տնտեսական համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ՍԾՏՀԿ) անդամ երկրների Արտաքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի 35-րդ հանդիպումը, որտեղ ամփոփվեցին ՍԾՏՀԿ-ում Սերբիայի Հանրապետության 6-ամսյա նախագահության արդյունքները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:
Հայաստանի պատվիրակությունը գլխավորում էր ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հովակիմյանը, ով իր ելույթում նշեց, որ անցած կես տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանը, ելնելով ՍԾՏՀԿ կողմից նոր ընդունված տնտեսական ռազմավարության դրույթներից, ինչպես նաև սեփական տնտեսական հետաքրքրություններից, շարունակում է ջանքեր գործադրել տարբեր բնագավառներում տարածաշրջանային բազմակողմ տնտեսական համագործակցության խթանման, կազմակերպության ծրագրային օրակարգի իրականացման, ներդրումների խրախուսման ուղղությամբ:
Նախարարական այս հանդիպմանը որպես հ ամագործակցության առաջնային ոլորտներ նշվեցին տնտեսական զարգացումն ու առևտուրը, տրանսպորտը և արտակարգ իրավիճակները, զբոսաշրջությունը, մշակույթն ու առողջապահությունը, գիտությունն ու տեխնոլոգիաները և այլն:
Կարևորվեց նաև ՍԾՏՀԿ գործունեության բարելավման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով կազմակերպության ինստիտուցիոնալ ներուժի արդյունավետ և նպատակային օգտագործումը:
Ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Մահմուդ Մամադ-Գուլիևի ելույթում հնչեցված անհիմն մեղադրանքների, ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հովակիմյանը նշեց, որ ՍԾՏՀ կազմակերպությունը քաղաքականացնելու փորձերն անթույլատրելի են: Աշոտ Հովակիմյանն ընդգծեց նաև, որ ՍԾՏՀԿ-ն այն հարթակը չէ, որտեղ, ներքաղաքական դրդապատճառներից ելնելով, կարելի է փորձեր կատարել խեղաթյուրված ներկայացնել և քննարկման առարկա դարձնել հարցեր, որոնք որևէ կապ չունեն կազմակերպության մանդատի հետ:
