Հայաստանում ցորենի արտադրության նվազումը տնտեսագետը կապում է սպառման ծավալների և բնակչության եկամուտների հետ

Հայաստանում 2016 թվականի հունվար-հոկտեմբերին արտադրվել է 139.6 հազար տոննա ալյուր: Ըստ ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տվյալների, այն նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ նվազել է 9.7 տոկոսով: Նվազման պատճառները պարզելու համար «Արմենպրես»-ը զրուցեց տնտեսագետ Վարդան Բոստանջյանի հետ: Տնտեսագետն ալյուրի արտադրության նվազումն առաջին հերթին կապեց սպա ռման ծավալների փոքրացման հետ:
«Նաև պետք է կապել բնակչության ցածր եկամուտների հետ: Վերջինիս պայմաններում այն ծավալը, որը կարող է բնակչությունը սպառել, որոշակիորեն նվազել է: Նվազման մի մասն էլ արտագաղթի երևույթով է պայմանավորված, արդյունքում պահանջարկը նախորդ տարիների նման չի: Այս երկու գործոններն էական նշանակություն են ունեցել ծավալների փոքրացման համար»,- ասաց Վարդան Բոստանջյանը:
Սակայն տնտեսագետն ալյուրի արտադրության նվազումը չկապեց ցորենի արտադրության հետ, քանի որ, նրա խոսքով, ցորենի արտադրությամբ Հայաստանն ինքնաբավ չի եղել: Բայց եթե այդ կտրվածքով բարձր ցուցանիշ արձանագրվի, դա դեռ չի նշանակի, որ համապատասխանաբար ալյուրի սպառումն էլ նույնը կլինի: «Բոլոր դեպքերում, մեկը մյուսի հետ չենք կապի, քանի որ ալյուրը, որպես վերջնական արտադրանք, ուղղակիորեն կապված է պահանջարկի հետ»,- ընդգծեց նա` հավելելով, որ եթե, օրինակ, ցորենի սպառումը շատ լինի, այն կարող է իրացվել նաև այլ շուկաներում:
Անդրադառնալով ցորենի առումով ինքնաբավ չլինելու պատճառներին՝ տնտեսագետը նշեց, որ Հայաստանը, լինելով փոքր հանրապետություն, չի կարող այդքան հողատարածություններ միայն ցորենի մշակության համար նախատեսել:
«Այսինքն, այս փոքր տարածության բաշխվածության պայմաններում երբեք էլ ՀՀ-ում ցորենի արտադրության կտրվածքով ինքնաբավության մակարդակ չի կարող ապահովվել: Այդ պատճառով չբավարարվող մասը պետք է ներկրենք: Իսկ ներկրվող և ներսում արտադրվող ցորենի գների տարբերություններն արդեն շուկայական հարաբերություններով են պայմանավորված»,- ասաց տնտեսագետ Վարդան Բոստանջյանը:
