Վերջին ժամանակաշրջանում Ադրբեջանի ֆինանսատնտեսական կյանքում նկատվում են որոշակի ցնցումներ: Տնտեսության մի շարք ճյուղերում շարունակում է արձանագրվել բացասական ցուցանիշներ: Մինչև օգոստոս ամիսը Ադրբեջանում գրանցվում էր արտաքին առևտրի դեֆիցիտ: Ընթացիկ տարվա հունվարից նոյեմբեր ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Ադրբեջանում շարունակվում է պահպանվել գնաճի բարձր մակարդակը: Այստեղ մենք գործ ունենք 30% գնաճի հետ: Նկատենք, որ հիմա այս ցուցանիշով Ադրբեջանն առաջատարն է ԱՊՀ երկրներում:

Մյուս հետաքրքրական փաստը, որին պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնել, ՀՆԱ-ի անկումն է: Հունվար-նոյեմբեր ամիսներին ադրբեջանական մանաթով արտահայտված ՀՆԱ-ի անկումը կազմել է 3,9%: Այս ցուցանիշի վրա ազդող հիմնական գործոնը շինարարության ոլորտում կատարված աշխատանքների ծավալների նվազումն է: Շինարարության ոլորտում կատարված ներդրումների կրճատման հաշվին 28%-ով նվազել են նաև ուղղակի ներդրումները ֆիքսված կապիտալում:

Կրճատվել են նաև Ադրբեջանի պետական բյուջեի եկամուտները: Նշված ժամանակահատվածում արձանագրվել է 16,1% անկում: Ինչո՞վ է սա պայմանավորված: Սրա վրա ազդել են երկու հիմնական գործոններ.
Ա) Հարկային ոլորտում հավաքագրվող եկամուտների նվազումը, 
Բ) Նավթի եկամուտների նվազման արդյունքում կրճատվող հարկերը

Հետևելով Ադրբեջանի տնտեսական ցուցանիշների դինամիկային՝ կարելի է փաստել, որ ամբողջ տարվա ընթացքում առանձին ճյուղեր պահպանել են բացասական միտումը: Չնայած այս ամենի վրա ուղակի ազդեցություն ունեցան նաև միջազգային շուկայում տեղի ունեցած նավթի գների տատանումները, այնուամենայնիվ, տնտեսության տարբեր ենթակառուցվածքներում գրանցած բացասական ցուցանիշները չի կարելի կապել միայն վերոնշյալ գործոնի հետ:
