Սոթքի ոսկու հանքից գողության փորձի և անվտանգության աշխատակցի վրա կրակ բացելու դեպքով 2 անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են Սոթքի ոսկու հանքի տարածքում հնչած կրակոցների դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, երկու անձի առաջադրվել է մեղադրանք: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 1-ին` ժամը 23:10-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ Սոթքի ոսկու հանքի տարածքում կրակել են հանքի անվտանգության աշխատակցի վրա, կա վիրավոր:
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ կրակոցին նախորդել է հանքանյութի գողության փորձը։
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ երկու անձ, նախնական համաձայնությամբ, հանքանյութ հափշտակելու նպատակով 2016 թ. դեկտեմբերի 1-ին գնացել են «ԳեոՊրոՄայնինգ Գոլդ» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող Սոթքի ոսկու հանքի տարածք և մոտեցել թիվ 40 հանքախորշին: Հասկանալով, որ անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից նկատվել են, իրենց հանցավոր մտադրության իրագործման համար առաջացած խոչընդոտը վերացնելու համար, նրանցից մեկը՝ ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում, «ԱԿՄ» տեսակ ինքնաձիգով կրակոցներ է արձակել, որի հետևանքով հանքի անվտանգության աշխատակիցը ձախ ոտնաթաթի հատվածում ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածք և տեղափոխվել բժշկական կենտրոն: Այսպիսով, նրանք իրենց կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցագործությունն ավարտին չեն հասցրել:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երկու անձի. նրանցից մեկին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 11-րդ կետի, 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի, իսկ մյուսին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով: Մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
