Դիզվառելիքի թանկացման «դոմինոյի» էֆեկտը

Ինչպես գիտենք, այս տարվա հունվարի 1-ից ՌԴ-ում տեղի ունեցավ ակցիզային հարկի բարձրացում: Սպասվում էր, որ դրա հետևանքով կբարձրանա դիզելային վառելիքի և բենզինի սակագինը, ինչը, սակայն, տեղի չունեցավ:
Մոտ մեկ տարի սակագները անփոփոխ թողնելուց հետո ռուսական «Լուկօյլ» նավթային ընկերությունը որոշում է կայացրել հաջորդ տարվա ընթացքում աստիճանաբար բարձրացնել նավթամթերքի գները: Պատճառն այն է, որ ընկերության առաջ խնդիր է դրված զսպել հարկային բեռը, չկրճատել արտադրության ծավալները և դրանով իսկ չստեղծել վառելիքի դեֆիցիտ ռուսական շուկայում: Սպասվում է, որ տարվա ընթացքում սպասվող բարձրացումը կտատանվի 8-12%-ի սահմաններում:
Թանկացման պատճառ կարելի է համարել նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ մի շարք պետություններ որոշում են կայացրել նվազեցնել նավթի արդյունահանման ծավալները: Սպասվում է, որ բենզինը կթանկանա նաև Վրաստան և Բրիտանիայում: Վերջինի դեպքում 1 լիտր բենզինի դիմաց գանձվող 1.14 ֆունտ ստեռլինգի փոխարեն կառաջարկվի նոր սակագին՝ 1.23 ֆունտ ստեռլինգի չափով:
Գլոբալ առումով նման փոփոխություն կարելի էր ակնկալել այս տարի, սակայն ընկերությունը կարողացավ մեկ տարով հետաձգել թանկացման գործընթացը։ Միջազգային շուկայում տեղի ունեցող փոփոխությունները ազդում են բոլորի վրա: Ցավոք, այս դեպքում Հայաստանը նույնպես չի կարող անմասն մնալ: Այս պարագայում սակայն իրավիճակը ավելի կայուն է, քանի որ ՀՀ-ում բենզինի սակագինը նվազում է արձանագրվել, որը որոշակիորեն կմեղմացնի սպասվելիք հնարավոր թանկացումը:
