Հայաստանում տարբեր ոլորտներ ներկայացնող մի խումբ սիրիահայ գործարարներ այսօր Գործադիրի ղեկավարի մոտ էին: Եկել էին լսելու բիզնես ոլորտում իրենց հուզող հարցերի պատասխանները: Վարչապետը խոստացավ. պետությունը կաջակցի սիրիահայ գործարարներին եւ կանի առավելագույնը, որպեսզի վերջիններս չլքեն Հայաստանը:
Կարծում եմ` Հայաստանի կառավարությունն այս տարիներին բավական աջակցություն է ցուցաբերել սիրիահայերին: Համենայն դեպս, նման տպավորություն ստացել եմ բազմաթիվ սիրիահայերի հետ զրույցների արդյունքում: Իմ ճանաչած սիրիահայերն ուրախությամբ են նշում, որ մի շարք ոլորտներում իրենց համար Հայաստանում արտոնյալ պայմաններ են ստեղծված: Իհարկե, կան նաեւ բողոքողներ, ովքեր պնդում են, որ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն անտարակույս կարող էին անել ավելին: Սակայն կարծում եմ` սա այնքան էլ կապ չունի արվածի կամ չարվածի հետ. սա արդեն տեսակի հարց է:
Կառավարության հատուկ ուշադրությունը սիրիահայ գործարարների հանդեպ միանգամայն հասկանալի է: Այն, որ սիրիահայերից շատերին հաջողվեց հայրենիքում շատ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում զրոյից հիմնել իրենց բիզնեսը եւ որակյալ ծառայություն մատուցել, փաստ է: Սակայն նրանք այստեղ արեցին ամենակարեւորը. Հայաստանի սպասարկման ոլորտում մշակույթ փոխեցին: Մենք հասցրեցինք համոզվել նրանում, որ սիրիահայերի ծառայություններից օգտվելու դեպքում ստանում ենք որակյալ եւ սիրալիր, առանց մունաթի սպասարկում: Սա կարծես թե որոշակիորեն սկսել է տարածվել նաեւ հայաստանյան սպասարկման ոլորտի վրա, որտեղ վիճակը ոչ հեռավոր անցյալում բավական անմխիթար էր: Կառավարությունում այսօրվա հանդիպումը, ըստ իս, ազդակ էր սիրիահայ գործարարներին, որ իրենք միայնակ չեն հայրենիքում իրենց խնդիրների հետ, եւ պետությունն ամուր կանգնած է իրենց թիկունքին:
Օրեր առաջ Հալեպի ամբողջական ազատագրումից հետո հատկապես սկսեց շրջանառվել այն տեսակետը, որ այս 5-6 տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանում ապաստան գտած սիրիահայերը կլքեն հայրենիքը հենց Հալեպում ապրելու համար անհրաժեշտ առաջին ծիլերը երեւան: Կարծում եմ` սրա մեջ կա ճշմարտության իր բաժինը, քանի որ նրանցից շատերն իրենց տներն ու բիզնեսներն են թողել Հալեպում եւ առաջին իսկ հնարավորության դեպքում կվերադառնան Սիրիա: Այնուհանդերձ, քիչ չի լինի նաեւ Հայաստանում մնացողների թիվը, որոնք վաղուց հարմարվել են հայաստանյան կյանքին, ընդունել են այն իր բոլոր դժվարություններով հանդերձ: Սակայն անգամ հեռանալու դեպքում անգնահատելի կլինի սիրիահայերի ունեցած ներդրումն այստեղ, ինչը նոր շունչ հաղորդեց եւ անջնջելի հետք թողեց մեր կյանքում:
