ՀՀ կառավարությունում քննարկել են մարզերում իրականացվող ծրագրերի ընթացքը

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում սեպտեմբերի 17-ինտեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որին մասնակցել են ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանը, ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը, հանրապետության մարզպետները և պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, օրակարգային առաջին հարցով անդրադարձ է կատարվել մարզերում իրականացվող հրատապ կապիտալ ծրագրերի ընթացքին: Զեկուցվել է, որ նախատեսված բոլոր ենթակառուցվածքային 159 ծրագրերն իրականացվում են հաջողությամբ՝ առանց որևէ խնդրի: Վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը կարևորել է ծրագրերի որակով և սահմանված ժամանակահատվածում իրականացումը:
Այնուհետև քննարկվել են խաղողի մթերման գործընթացին առնչվող հարցեր: Գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ այս տարի հանրապետությունում ստացվել է խաղողի բարձր բերք, որի մթերման ուղղությամբ իրականացվում են ամենօրյա աշխատանքներ: Տեղեկացվել է, որ 50 մթերող կազմակերպություններից 17-ն արդեն իսկ սկսել է մթերումը, իսկ մնացածն աշխատանքները կսկսեն մեկ շաբաթից: Սերգո Կարապետյանի խոսքով՝ տարվում են համապատասխան աշխատանքներ՝ աճեցված ողջ բերքը մթերելու համար:
Անդրադառնալով աշնանացանի ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքներին՝ նախարարը զեկուցել է, որ կառավարությունը բավարարել է մարզպետարանների կողմից ներկայացված ազոտական պարարտանյութի, դիզելային վառելիքի և հացահատիկային մշակաբույսերի սերմացուի ողջ պահանջարկը: Մարզպետները զեկուցել են, որ ցանքսը ժամանակին կիրականացվի, քանի որ բարենպաստ են նաև կլիմայական պայմանները:
Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում մարզպետների հետ քննարկվել է նաև ՀՀ 2016 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագծի նախնական տարբերակը, որի շուրջ մարզպետները ներկայացրել են տարբեր առաջարկություններ:
