Հարավային Կորեայի նախագահը ՍԴ է ուղարկել պաշտոնազրկման վերաբերյալ իր դիրքորոշումը

Կորեայի Հանրապետության նախագահ Փաք Քըն Հեի փաստաբանները Սահմանադրական դատարանին (ՍԴ) են հանձնել նրա պարզաբանումներն ավելի վաղ իրեն հայտարարված իմպիչմենտի առնչությամբ, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Այն բանից հետո, երբ դեկտեմբերի 9-ին խորհրդարանը քվեարկեց իշխանությունից երկրի ղեկավարի հեռացման օգտին՝ նրա շրջապատում կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի պատճառով, Սահմանադրական դատարանը պահանջեց, որ նա մինչեւ դեկտեմբերի 16-ն իրեն ներկայացնի իր պարզաբանումները:
24-Էջանոց փաստաթուղթը բովանդակում Է օրենսդիրների կողմից Փաք Քըն Հեի հասցեին առաջադրված այն մեղադրանքների հերքումը, որոնք հիմք դարձան պաշտոնազրկման համար: Մեղադրանքները բովանդակում են 13 կետ, դրանցից հինգը վերաբերում են Սահմանադրության եւ եւս ութն՝ այլ օրենքների խախտմանը: Ավելի վաղ նախագահը դրանք համարել Է «չհիմնավորված»:
«Քանի որ մեղադրանքների ոչ մի կարգի ապացույցներ չկան, որոնք հիմք են դարձել պաշտոնազրկման համար, մենք կարծում ենք, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանը պետք Է այն չեղյալ հայտարարի»,- լրագրողներին ասել Է Փաք Քըն Հեի՝ դատարան այցելած իրավաբաններից մեկը: Գործի քննության համար ՍԴ-ին տրվում Է մինչեւ 180 օր: Դատավորների կողմից պաշտոնազրկման հաստատման դեպքում վաղաժակետ նախագահական ընտրությունները պետք Է կայանան երկու ամսվա ընթացքում, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
