Դա նշանակում է, որ նրանք, ովքեր ցանկանում են նիհարել կամ ուղղակի ավելի քիչ ուտել, ապա նրանք պետք է ջուր օգտագործեն նաև ուտելու ընթացքում:
Նաև ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տվել, որ մարդիկ ինչքան շատ են ջուր խմել ուտելու ընթացքում, այնքան ավելի քիչ են սով զգացել:
