Համաշխարհային բանկի պատվիրակությունն այցելել է Սփյուռքի նախարարություն

ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը դեկտեմբերի 16-ին ընդունեց Համաշխարհային բանկի պատվիրակությանը, որի կազմում էին օտարերկրյա ներդրումների խթանման պատասխանատու Ռոբերտո Էչանդին, մասնավոր հատվածի պատասխանատու Կարեն Գրիգորյանը, աշխատակիցներ Ալեքսան Հովհաննիսյանը, Արսեն Նազարյանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության մամուլի և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը, ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ կարևորեց կազմակերպության արդյունավետ գործունեությունը, Հայաստանում ներդրումները խթանելուն միտված ճկուն քաղաքականությունը։
Նախարարը ներկայացրեց սիրիահայերի հետ տարվող աշխատանքի առանձնահատկությունները, փորձը և արդյունքները: Նա մասնավորապես նշեց, որ միջազգային ասպարեզում պետք է բարձրաձայնել կատարած հսկայական աշխատանքի մասին, ներկայացնել Հայաստանի փորձը՝ որպես փախստականներ ընդունող երկրի օրինակելի մոդել. «Մեկ շնչին ընկնող փախստականների թվով Եվրոպայում՝ Գերմանիայից հետո, Հայաստանը երկրորդ տեղն է զբաղեցնում: Իսկ միջազգային կառույցների տրամադրած գումարը՝ մեկ շնչին՝ տարեկան 60 դոլար, նվազագույնից 6 անգամ պակաս է»: Նախարարը անդրադարձավ նաև սիրիահայե րի զբաղվածության, մասնագիտական վերապատրաստման և բնակարանային խնդիրներին:
Ռոբերտո Էչանդին պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց համագործակցել նախարարության հետ՝ սիրիահայերի հիմնախնդիրների լուծմանն աջակցելու և այլ ոլորտներում: Նա շեշտեց, որ կազմակերպությունը նպատակ ունի իրականացնել նոր գաղափարներ, առավել բարձրարժեք ներդրումներ ներգրավել Հայաստան:
Կարեն Գրիգորյանը կոնկրետ առաջարկներ ներկայացրեց սիրիահայերին աջակցելու ուղղությամբ: Նա կարևորեց միջազգային ասպարեզներում սիրիահայերի խնդիրների պատշաճ ներկայացումը՝ հանրության ուշադրությունը դեպի Հայաստան ուղղելու համար:
Զրույցի ընթացքում անդրադարձ կատարվեց սիրիահայ գործարարների հաջողություններին, մասնագետների վերապատրաստման, Հայաստանում ներդրումների խթանման հնարավորություններին, ինչը կնպաստի նախաձեռնությունների իրականացման համար յուրօրինակ հարթակ ստեղծելուն և Հայաստանի տնտեսական զարգացման օրակարգին աջակցելուն:
