Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 16-ին, խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում:
Ժամը 18:00-ի սահմաններում Վաղարշապատ-Արմավիր ավտոճանապարհի 5-րդ կմ հատվածում բախվել են Սերբիայի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի Յուբիշա Ստանիսլավի վարած բեռնատար Volvo մակնիշի NE 11 3 KE համարանիշի, Volkswagen Vento մակնիշի 31 ՍՏ 527 համարանիշի, Opel մակնիշի 35 AԼ 397 համարանիշի, Opel մակնիշի 34 ՏP 468 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենաները: Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, բախման հետևանքով Volkswagen-ը շպրտվել և հայտնվել է դաշտամիջով անցնող առվակի մեջ:
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Վաղարշապատի թիվ 31 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ հրամանատար Վահան Մկրտչյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ժամանել է նաև Արմավիրի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը: Փրկարարները Volkswagen միջից դուրս են բերել վարորդին, 52-ամյա Սիմոն Խաչատրյանին և նրա ուղևորուհուն, ովքեր տեղափոխվել են Վաղարշապատի բժշկական կենտրոն:
Ճանապարհին ուղևորուհին մահացել է, իսկ Ս. Խաչատրյանի առողջական վիճակը բժիշկները գնահատում են ծայրահեղ ծանր: Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Գևորգ Հակոբյանի գլխավորությամբ: Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածներն ասում էին, որ վիրավորներին նա է ուղեկցել հիվանդանոց: Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 1-ին դասակի աշխատակիցները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Տիգրան Գրիգորյանի, հրամանատարի տեղակալ Յուրա Հովհաննիսյանի և դասակի հրամանատար Մառլեն Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ: Վթարի մասին ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Միքայել Աղաբեկյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Կարեն Խաչատրյանի գլխավորությամբ: Փաստի առթիվ Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են բոլոր վարորդների, վիրավորի և մահացածի ամբողջական տվյալները: Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածներն ասում էին, որ մահացածն ու վիրավորը ամուսիններ էին: Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, վթարի մեղավորը եղել է Սերբիայի քաղաքացին, ով Volvo բեռնատարով բախվել էր նշված ավտոմեքենաներին: Տ
եղում փրկարարները քաղաքացիների օգնությամբ հոսանքազրկել են ավտոմեքենաները և փակել գազաբալոնները:
