Բաժանումը կամ սերտ հարաբերությունների խզումը, սթրեսի սանդղակով՝ մարդու մոտ մահվանից հետո երկրորդ տեղն է զբաղեցնում: Բայց եթե մահը ուղեկցվում է խորը վշտով և մահացածի մասին բարի հուշերով, ապա հարաբերությունների խզումը այնքան էլ հաճելի գործընթաց չէ, որը կարող է բարդանալ հարաբերությունների պարզաբանմամբ, նախկին սիրահարների միջև վեճերով:
   Ավելի բարդ իրավիճակ է, երբ հարաբերությունները հանկարծակի են խզվում զուգընկերներից մեկի նախաձեռնությամբ: Երկրորդը հոգեկան ցավ է ապրում, որը նրան տանջանքի և սթրեսի է հանգեցնում, որն էլ կարող է ուղեկցվել ընկճախտով:

Մտքերն ինչպես կարգի բերել

Հոգեբանները խորհուրդ են տալիս որոշ ժամանակ միայնության մեջ անցկացնել և ինքներդ ձեզ հնարավորություն տալ ապրել հենց ձեզ համար: Այդ ժամանակը կարելի է վատնել ինչպես հաճույքի, այնպես էլ ինքնակատարելագործման վրա: Քանի դեռ ձեզ ոչ ոք «չի խանգարում», կարող եք ազատ ժամանակը նվիրել կրթությանը, նոր հետաքրքիր նախագծին, մարդկանց հետ նոր գործնական և ընկերական կապեր հաստատելուն:

Նոր լուրջ հարաբերություններ ստեղծելուն պատրաստ լինելու ամենակարևոր նշաններից մեկը ներքին ներդաշնակության  և հոգևոր հանգստության զգացումն է: Ձեզ դուր է գալիս միայնակ մնալ, դուք ձեզ ընդունում եք այնպիսին, ինչպիսին որ կաք, և ձեզ հաճելի է բացահայտել ձեր մեջ նոր գծեր և որակներ: Բացի այդ, Ձեզ անվտանգ եք զգում միայնակ մնալիս և գոյատևելու համար որևէ մեկի կարիքը չունեք:

Նոր հարաբերություններին պատրաստ լինելուն  հուշող մի քանի նշան՝

  • Ուշադրություն շրջապատին՝ դուք ուշադիր եք մյուս մարդկանց և չեք ձգտում ամեն կերպ նրանց ձեր անձը պարտադրել,
  • Հավասարակշռված եք՝ առանց տրամադրության փոփոխությունների,
  • Քննադատություն լսելուն ունակ եք՝ առանց այն հիվանդագին ընդունելու,
  • Ինքնավստահ եք, ինքնուրույն անձ եք ձեզ զգում,
  • Ունեք աշխատանք, հոբի, ընկերներ, որոնց փայփայում եք,
  • Անցյալի սխալները հասկանում եք, բայց ձեզ չեք մեղադրում, այլ ուշադրություն եք դարձնում, որ ապագայում չկրկնեք,
  • Վերջապես, գրեթե չեք մտածում նախկին սիրեցյալի մասին, իսկ եթե երբեմն մտածում եք, ապա խաղաղության և երախտագիտության զգացումով:

Այսպիսով, երջանիկ հարաբերություններ կառուցելու հիմնական «բաղադրատոմսը» չշտապելն է: Դուք առարկա չեք, որին մի տեղից մյուսը կարելի է տեղաշարժել, մի զուգընկերից մյուսը, քանի որ ցանկացած կենդանի մարդու նման դուք նույնպես ունեք զգացմունքներ: Այդ իսկ պատճառով ժամանակ տրամադրեք՝ հասկանալու  ձեզ և շրջապատողներին: Երջանիկ եղեք:
