Երևանի տրանսպորտի հարցը լուծելը կլիներ «Խելացի քաղաք» ստեղծելու առաջին քայլը. Վահագն Խաչատրյան

«Հայ ազգային կոնգրեսի» անդամ, նախկին քաղաքապետ Վահագն Խաչատրյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում անդրադարձավ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի՝ Չինաստանի «Ցինխուա» համալսարանին կից հանրային անվտանգության հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի և չինական GSAFETY ընկերության պատվիրակության հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկված՝ Հայաստանում «խելացի քաղաք» կառուցելու հավանականությանը:
«Մինչ այդ բառն ասելը և այդ ծրագրի մասին խոսելը, պետք է նախ հասկանալ, թե ինչ է դա իրենից ներկայացնում, որքանով են պատկերացնում՝ ինչ ներդրումներ է պահանջում»,- ասաց Վահագն Խաչատրյանը:
Նա գտնում է, որ ոչ մի բան պետք չէ այսօր խելացի քաղաք կառուցելու համար, թող միայն մեկ հարց լուծեն՝ Երևան քաղաքի տրանսպորտի հարցը, ինչը լավագույն ներդրումը կլինի բոլորի համար և «Խելացի քաղաքի» առաջին քայլը:
«Ես «խելացի քաղաքի» մասին խոսակցությունները կապում եմ նախընտրական շրջանի հետ»,-ասաց նա: Ըստ Վահագն Խաչատրյանի տրանսպորտի խնդիրը լուծելու համար քաղաքային իշխանության մոտ ցանկությունը չկա:
Նա հղում կատարեց հարյուր դրամների ակցիային, ինչից հետո չթանկացավ տրանսպորտը. ըստ նրա՝ դա ցույց տվեց, որ տրանսպորտը թանկացնելու նախաձեռնությունն անհիմն է:
«Եթե խնդիր դրված լիներ՝ լուծել տրանսպորտի խնդիրը, կարվեր: Ես իրավունք ունեմ ասելու, որ նման ցանկություն չկա, այստեղ ներդրումների խնդիր չէ»,-ասաց նա:
Ամեն դեպքում Վահագն Խաչատրյանը նշեց, որ կարող են փորձել «Խելացի քաղաք» դարձնել Դիլիջանը, Վանաձորը, սակայն դա այսօր ռեալ չի համարում:
«Մեզ այսօր անհրաժեշտ է, որ քաղաքը լինի մաքուր, կանաչ ունենանք, տրանսպորտ լինի, վերելակի խնդիրը լուծվի,-հավելեց նա:
