Մարզվել այնպես, ինչպես խաղում են երեխաները, նայել շուրջդ և հաճույք ստանալ սիրելի գործից: Այս և նման այլ քայլերը բերում են առողջ և երջանիկ կյանքի: Հենց այդպես է գրված է բժշկական գիտությունների դոկտոր Ֆրենկ Լիպմանի գրքում, ով գրել է գիրքն այն մարդկանց համար, ովքեր ուզում են սկսել նոր և առողջ կյանք, բայց չգիտեն թե ինչպես:
Ամեն օր կերեք տարբեր գույների բանջարեղեն
Գույնզգույն բանջարեղենը և մրգերը պետք է կազմեն մարդու սննդակարգի մեծ մասը: Վառ գույները վկայում են ֆիտոնուտրիենտի գոյության մասին, որը պաշտպանում է սնունդը տարբեր վարակներից և նույնը հաղորդում է նաև մարդուն:

Մեր մարմինը նախատեսված չէ շատ աշխատելու համար: Մենք ստեղծված ենք այնպես, որպեսզի հասնենք մեր նպատակին և կանգ առնենք: Հենց դա է մեզ պահում նորմալ վիճակում՝ ինտենսիվ ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածություն, ժամանակ առ ժամանակ դանդաղ շարժումներով: Այդ պատճառով ձեզ պետք է անձնական մարզիչ: Երբ դուք մարզվում եք, մեկ րոպե արագ վազեք, հետո քայլեք հինգ րոպե: Նման ձևով դուք կկարողանաք այրել մեծ քանակությամբ կալորիա:

Դա առողջության հիմնական գործոններից մեկն է և մարզանք ձեր իմունային համակարգի համար: Դուք պետք է ձեզ շրջապատեք այնպիսի մարդկանցով, որոնք հաճելի են ձեզ, որոնց հետ դուք կկարողանաք ծիծաղել, ազատ զրուցել ձեր խնդիրների մասին և ուշադիր լսել նրանց:
