Եթե ոտնաթաթերը սառն են, քունը գիշերվա ընթացքում անպայման ընդհատվում է: Պարզապես պետք է քնելուց առաջ տաքացնել ոտքերը: Հագեք գուլպաներ կամ գտեք այլ միջոց:

Կոֆեինը երկար ժամանակ ձեզ ակտիվ է պահում և խանգարում է քուն մտնել:
Մի խմեք հեղուկներ՝ քնելուց 1-2 ժամ առաջ
Եթե քնելուց առաջ դուք ջուր կամ այլ հեղուկներ խմեք, ստիպված կլինեք գիշերվա ընթացքում մի քանի անգամ արթնանալ՝ զուգարան գնալու համար:
Մի ընթրեք՝ քնելուց 2 ժամ առաջ
Եթե պառկում եք քնելու լիքը ստամոքսով, երկար ժամանակ քունը չի տանում, քանի որ սնունդը մարսելիս օրգանիզմը ակտիվ է մնում:
