Վարչապետը խոշոր արտադրող և ներկրող կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ քննարկում է ունեցել

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը կառավարությունում հանդիպել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 10 խոշոր ներկրող կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներին՝ լսել ներկրողների գործունեությանն առնչվող խնդիրները և կառավարությունից սպասվող այն քայլերը, որոնք բարենպաստ պայմաններ կստեղծեն հետագա գործունեության համար: Տնտեսվարողները, մասնավորապես նշել են, որ վերջին ժամանակաշրջանում փաստաթղթաշրջանառությանը, այդ թվում՝ մաքսային ձևակերպումներին առնչվող հարցերին տրվում են օպերատիվ լուծումներ: Որպես խնդիր նրանք առանձնացրել են բեռնափոխադրումների հետ կապված հարցը, որը պայմանավորված է անբարենպաստ եղանակի հետևանքով Վերին Լարսում ստեղծվող իրավիճակով: Կարեն Կարապետյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ կառավարությունը ներկայում քայլեր է ձեռնարկում նոր տրանսպորտային սխեմաներ մշակելու և Վերին Լարսի ճանապարհին այլընտրանքային տարբերակներ գտնելու ու տնտեսվարողներին առաջարկելու ուղղությամբ, որոնք թույլ կտան ինչպես ներկրումն, այնպես էլ արտահանումը կազմակերպել ավելի նպաստավոր պայմաններում և կանխատեսելի ժամանակահատվածում: Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են նաև խոշոր ներկրող կազմակերպությունների գործունեությանը վերաբերող այլ հարցեր, այդ թվում՝ ներկրվող որոշ ապրանքատեսակների արտադրությունը Հայաստանում կազմակերպելու հնարավորությունը:
*** Նախօրեին վարչապետ Կարապետյանը հանդիպել է նաև ՀՀ 10 խոշոր արտադրող-արտահանող ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ և նշել, որ արտահանման խթանման համար կառավարությունը նախատեսում է ձեռնարկություններին ցուցաբերել գործուն աջակցություն: Մասնավորապես, ոլորտում նախատեսվում է մշտապես մոնիթորինգի ենթարկել արտահանումը կարգավորող իրավանորմերը, բացահայտել և վերացնել վարչարարության խոչընդոտները: Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են ոլորտին վերաբերվող մի շարք հարցեր, մասնավորապես, ՀՀ-ում արտադրված ապրանքների իրացման հետ կապված արտաքին շուկաներում առաջացող խնդիրները: Կարևորվել է մաքսային վարչարարության ընթացակարգերի պարզեցման մեխանիզմների մշակումն ու դրանից բխող գործառույթների իրականացումը: Վարչապետը շեշտել է, որ կառավարությունը հետևողական է լինելու բարձրացված խնդիրների լուծմանը, քանի որ չափազանց կարևորում է Հայաստանում արտահանմանը միտված արտադրական ընկերությունների գործունեությունը:
