Հայաստանը 39 ճապոնական նոր հրշեջ մեքենա կստանա

Դեկտեմբերի 19-ին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն, փ/ծ գնդապետ Մուշեղ Ղազարյանը և Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության (JICA) արդյունաբերության զարգացման և հանրային քաղաքականության վարչության գործադիր տնօրենի գլխավոր խորհրդական Հիրոյուկի Հայաշին ստորագրեցին «Հայաստանում հրշեջ-փրկարարական գույքի բարելավում» ծրագրի նախապատրաստական ուսումնասիրության (դաշտային երկրորդ ուսումնասիրություն) վերաբերյալ քննարկումների արձանագրությունը: Հիրոյուկի Հայաշիի ղեկավարած պատվիրակությունը դեկտեմբերի 6-20-ը գործուղվել էր Հայաստան` ծրագրի էսքիզային նախագծի մշակման աշխատանքներն իրականացնելու նպատակով: Այս օրերի ընթացքում պատվիրակության անդամները մի շարք հադիպումներ և քննարկումներ են անցկացրել ՀՀ Կառավարության համապատասխան պաշտոնյաների հետ: 

«Հրշեջ սարքավորուﬓերի բարելավում» դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի հիﬓական նպատակն է արդիականացնել ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ՓԾ Սյունիքի, Լոռու և Շիրակի մարզային հրշեջ-փրկարարական ստորաբաժանուﬓերի գույքը և ավտոﬔքենաները, ինչը կնպաստի նշված մարզերի տնտեսական և սոցիալական զարգացմանը: 

Դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի համաձայն` Ճապոնիայի կառավարությունը նախատեսում է Հայաստանին տրամադրել 36 միավոր հրշեջ մեքենա, 3 միավոր սանդուղքավոր մեքենա, շարժական արհեստանոցներ և պահեստամասեր, որոնք համալրելու են վերոնշյալ մարզերի տեխնիկական բազան:

ՓԾ տնօրեն Մ. Ղազարյանը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով համագործակցության համար, հույս հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանի և Ճապոնիայի կառավարությունների միջև փոխգործակցությունը շարունակաբար ավելի կամրապնդվի, իսկ վերոնշյալ ծրագրի արդյունավետությունը կլինի շատ բարձր: 

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար` Հ. Հայաշին ցավ հայտնեց հայ-ճապոնական հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում մեծ ներդրում ունեցած Ա. Երիցյանի վաղաժամ մահվան կապակցությամբ և հավելեց, թե ինչ մեծ կարևորություն էր տալիս Ա. Երիցյանը JICA-ի հետ համագործակցությանը, մասնավորապես՝ Հայաստանում հրշեջ-փրկարարական գույքի բարելավման ծրագրին:

- JICA-ն նույնպես կներդնի իր ողջ կարողությունները երջանկահիշատակ նախարար Ա. Երիցյանի նվիրական երազանքներն ու ցանկություներն ի կատար ածելու համար, - եզրափակեց Հ. Հայաշին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2010 թ. «Երևան քաղաքի հրշեջ գույքի բարելավում» ծրագրի շրջանակներում Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության կողմից ԱԻ նախարարությանը նվիրաբերվել է 28 նոր հրշեջ-փրկարարական մեքենա:

2010-2012 թթ. «Հայաստանում սեյսմիկ ռիսկի գնահատում և կառավարման պլանավորում» համատեղ ծրագրի շրջանակներում ճապոնացիների աջակցությամբ` 

• գնահատվել է Երևանի սեյսմիկ վտանգը և մշակվել մայրաքաղաքում հնարավոր ուժեղ երկրաշարժի սցենարը,

• վերլուծվել է Երևանի շենք-շինությունների խոցելիությունը,

• պատրաստվել է սեյսմիկ աղետի կառավարման պլան,

• ներդրվել է Երևանում սեյսմիկ ինտենսիվության բաշխման նոր համակարգ` հիմնված 5 ժամանակակից թվային սեյսմոգրաֆների վրա, որոնց տվյալները գրանցվում են ՃԿԱԿ-ում։

2014 թվականից ԱԻ նախարարությունը և Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալությունը (JICA) իրականացնում են «Հայաստանում սողանքային աղետի կառավարում» եռամյա ծրագիրը:

Հայ-ճապոնական փոխգործակցության շնորհիվ ՀՀ ԱԻՆ բազմաթիվ աշխատակիցներ վերապատրաստման և փորձի փոխանակման նպատակով գործուղվել են Ճապոնիա:
