Ինչպես մաքրել օրգանիզմը բրնձի օգնությամբ

Վերցնել հասարակ բրինձ տարիքին համապատասխան քանակությամբ (օրինակ 50 տարեկանի հաշվարկով 50 ճաշի գդալ, 43 տարեկանի հաշվարկով՝ 43 ճ.գ.), լվանալ, լցնել տարրայի մեջ, ավելացնել եռման ջուր, այնուհետև ծածկել կափարիչով և դնել սառնարան: Առավոտյան ջուրը քամել և մեկ լիքը գդալ բրինձը 3-4 րոպե եփել (առանց աղի) և ուտել սոված փորին (մինչ առավոտյան 7:30-ը):
Մնացած բրնձին կրկին ավելացնել եռման ջուր, դնել սառնարան, իսկ առավոտյան քամել, մեկ գդալ բրինձը եփել և ուտել սոված փորին: Այս կերպ եփել բրինձն ամեն առավոտ, մինչև այն վերջանա:
Այս մեթոդի գաղտնիքը նրանում է, որ բրնձի հատիկներն ունեն բյուրեղային կառուցվածք և երբ մարդը թրջում է այն, նրա միջից դուրս է գալիս օսլան և առաջանում են խոռոչներ: Բրնձի շիլան մարսվում է ոչ թե ստամոքսում, այլ աղիներում, իսկ բրնձի հատիկները դառնում են ադսորբենտ (կլանիչ):
Այս մեթոդով բուժվելու մեկ կուրսից հետո մարդը ոչ միայն առողջանում է, այլ նաև երիտասարդանում: Սակայն բրնձով նախաճաշելուց հետո, ցանկալի է ոչինչ չուտել ու չխմել առնվազն 3 ժամ: Այս սննդակարգը նաև օգնում է ազատվել գոտկատեղի ցավերից ու պարանոցի «աղմուկից»:
