Սիրիացի այս փոքրիկը ծնվել է երեք տարի առաջ՝ Գոլանի բարձունքներում գտնվող գյուղերից մեկում: Իր տարիքի համար նա անսովոր զարգացած է թե՛ ֆիզիկապես, թե՛ մտավոր առումով: Երեխան հանգիստ կարողանում էր զրուցել մեծահասակների հետ լուրջ թեմաների շուրջ ու ցնցում էր նրանց իր խելքով, բայց մի անգամ նրա խոսքերը ստիպեցին մտահոգվել ամբողջ աշխարհին:
Բանն այն է, որ 3-ամյա մանկիկն ամենայն մանրամասնությամբ պատմեց իր ծնողներին, թե ինչպես են իրեն սպանել: Բնականաբար, սկզբում ընտանիքում ոչ ոք չհավատաց երեխայի խոսքերին, ի վերջո, երեխաների երևակայությունը հաճախ է աբսուրդային պատկերներ նկարում, սակայն հիշողությունները գնալով ավելի շատ էին տանջում բալիկին: Տղան հիշում էր կացին ու ինչ-որ սարսափելի վեճ, որը նախորդել էր իր սպանությանը: Ծնողները, զգալով իրենց բալիկի տանջանքները, այնուամենայնիվ, հավատացին նրան ու տարածեցին պատմությունը ողջ գյուղով:
Երեխայիչ խոսքերը մեծ արձագանք առաջացրեցին: Տեղաբնակները բոլորը դրուզներ էին, իսկ նրանց կրոնը հավատում է ռեինկարնացիային ու հոգիների վերաբնակեցմանը: Երեխայի խոսքերն էլ ավելի ծանրակշիռ դարձրեցին ճակատին առկա բնածին նշանը, որը, համաձայն դրուզների հավատի, խորհրդանշում էր նախորդ կյանքում ստացած մահացու վերքը:
Ինչպես պարզվեց, երեխան ոչ միայն կացինն էր հիշում, այլև իր մարդասպանին:
Շնորհիվ մանկիկի մանրամասն նկարագրության՝ տեղի համայնքի ղեկավարներն արագ հայտնաբերեցին հանցագործության վայրը, ու պարզվեց, որ մարդասպանն ապրում է հարևան ավանում։
Հանդիպելով նրան՝ տղան վճռականորեն մոտեցավ նրան ու ասաց. «Ես քո հարևանն եմ եղել: Մենք վիճեցինք, ու դու սպանեցիր ինձ կացնով»: Այս խոսքերից հետո տղամարդը սփրթնեց, իսկ տղան շարունակեց. «Ես անգամ կարող եմ ցույց տալ, թե դու որտեղ ես թաքցրել իմ մարմինը»:
Գյուղացիները ժայռի տակ հայտնաբերեցին զոհի կմախքը: Հենց այս ժայռն էր երեխան տեսնում իր մղձավանջներում ամեն գիշեր: Ապշեցուցիչ է, բայց կմախքի գանգը կոտրված էր հենց այն հատվածում, որտեղ մանկիկի գլխին առկա էր բնածին նշանը:
Մարդասպանն անմիջապես խոստովանեց իր մեղքն ու ստացավ արդար պատիժ: Դրանից հետո երեխան դադարեց մղձավանջներ ունենալ, ու նրան այլևս չէին խանգարում հիշողություններն իր նախկին կյանքից:
