Ջամբո գորիլա
 

Մարդկության պատմության մեջ շատ են եղել դեպքեր, երբ վայրի կենդանիները փրկել են նրանց կյանքը։ 1986 թ․ հինգամյա Լևան Մերիթը Ջերսիի կենդանաբանական այգում սայթաքել և ընկել է գորիլայի վանդակը։ Փոքրիկը կորցրել է գիտակցությունը և պառկած մնացել վանդակի ներսի պարսպի մոտ գտնվող առվակի եզրին։ Որձ գորիլա Ջամբոն մոտեցել է, մեղմորեն շոյել տղային այնքան, մինչ նա գիտակցության է եկել և փրկել է մնացած գորիլաներից։ Երբ Լևանն ուշքի է եկել, Ջամբոն և մյուս գորիլաները ետ են քաշվել։  Չնայած գորիլան՝ ցնցված երեխայի արցունքները տեսնելուց, լարված կերպով մոտեցել է նրան, այնուամենայնիվ, կենդանաբանական այգու պահակներին հաջողվել է անվնաս մտնել վանդակ և փրկել փոքրիկին։

Միլա բելուգա կետ
 

Չինաստանում մի կին, Յան Յուն անունով, մասնակցում էր ազատ դայվինգի մրցումների, որտեղ դայվերները լողավազան էին մտնում առանց շնչառական հատուկ հարմարանքների։ Ջուրը սառեցված էր մինչև արկտիկական ջերմաստիճանի և այնտեղ լողում էին բելուգա կետեր։ Յան Յունը հանկարծակի զգաց, որ անկարող է շարժել իր ոտքերը, քանի որ դրանք ամբողջովին փայտացել են։ Նա դեպի ներքև էր սուզվում և խեղդվում էր։ Միլա անունով կետը բռնել է նրա ոտքից և ապահով կերպով դեպի ջրի մակերևույթ բարձրացրել՝ փրկելով կնոջ կյանքը։

Կալիֆորնիական ծովառյուծ
 

2000 թվականին Քևին Հայնսը, ով այսօր տարատեսակ կոնֆերանսներ է անցկացնում և խոսում հոգեկան-առողջական թեմաներով, փորձել է ինքնասպանություն գործել՝ ցած նետվելով Սան Ֆրանցիսկոյի Գոլդեն Գեյթ Բրիջից։  Չնայած որ նա լուրջ վնասվածքներ է ստացել ընկնելու ժամանակ, նա չի մահացել։ Սակայն ջրի մեջ ինչ-որ բան է նկատել, որը, վախենում էր, թե շնաձուկ կլինի։ Երբ Քևինը փրկվեց, վկաները ասացին, որ կենդանին իրականում ծովառյուծ է եղել։ Վերջինս փրկել է տղամարդուն՝ նրան ջրից դուրս հրելով և գլուխը օդում պահելով, որպեսզի չխեղդվի։

Եթովպիայի առյուծները

2005 թվականին Եթովպիայում սրտաճմլիկ մի դեպք է պատահել, որի ժամանակ որպես փրկարարներ հանդես են եկել վայրի առյուծները։ Մի քանի տղամարդիկ իրենց առևանգած տասներկուամյա աղջնակի հետ թաքնվել էին, իսկ ոստիկանությունը նրանց հետքի վրա էր։ Չգիտես որտեղից հայտնվել է առյուծների խումբ, որը հալածել է տղամարդկանց և մնացել աղջկա հետ այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև ժամանել է ոստիկանությունը։ Դրանից հետո առյուցները ետ են վերադարձել։

Կալիֆորնիայի դելֆինները

Սերֆինգով զբաղվող Թոդ Էնդրիսը մահից հազիվ է խուսափել Կալիֆորնիայում։ Ջրի մեջ նրա վրա է հարձակվել հսկա սպիտակ շնաձուկ, որը Թոդի մեջքի մաշկն է պատառոտել և կոտրել ու լուրջ վնասվածք հասցրել նրա ոտքին։ Էնդրիսը կարողացել է ինքն իրեն ազատել շնաձկանից։ Դրանից հետո նրա շուրջն են հավաքվել մի շարք դելֆիններ, ովքեր, շրջապատելով և պաշտպանելով նրան, օգնել են սկզբում բարեհաջող տախտակի վրա, այնուհետև ափ հասնել։

Բինտի Ջուա գորիլա

Երեքնամյա մի փոքրիկ տղա ընկել էր գորիլայի վանդակը։ Բինտի Ջուա անունով գորիլան, ում մեջքին իր ձագուկն էր նստած, պաշտպանել է խեղճ երեխային։ Նա ձեռքերի վրա է վերցրել երեխային, նրբորեն հասցրել նրան այն վայրը, որտեղ պահակներն են նստած լինում։
