Կանխվել է վտանգավոր սննդամթերքի ներմուծումը Հայաստան. ՍԱՊԾ

ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը նախատոնական օրերին խստացրել է սահմանային պետական վերահսկողությունը՝ ներմուծման ծավալների ավելացմանը զուգահեռ ժամկետանց կամ վտանգավոր սննդամթերքի ներմուծումը հանրապետության տարածք բացառելու նպատակով: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ տ եղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Սահմանային պետական վերահսկողության շրջանակներում, հայտնաբերված անհամապատասխանությունների հիման վրա, վերջին օրերին կանխվել է 68 հազար 400 հատ ձվի, 1000կգ կարագի և 22000կգ աղի, 4256կգ բուսասերուցքային մածուկի, 1740կգ հավի սառեցված աղացած մսի, 500կգ կաթ պարունակող պանրային արտադրանքի խմբաքանակների ներմուծումը հանրապետության տարածք: Նշված բոլոր խմբաքանակները ենթակա են ոչնչացման, օգտահանման կամ հետ վերադարձման:
Թույլ չի տրվել նաև 25 հազար հատ՝ կարանտին վնասակար օրգանիզմով վարակված մեխակի ներմուծումը. խմբաքանակը պետք է ոչնչացվի:
ՍԱՊԾ-ն հիշեցնում է, որ «Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական վերահսկողության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն՝ բուսասանիտարական հսկման ենթակա ապրանքների ներմուծումը թույլատրվում է միայն արտահանող երկրի կողմից տրված բուսասանիտարական հավաստագրի առկայության դեպքում: Օրենքով սահմանված են որոշակի բացառություններ, մասնավորապես՝ բուսասանիտարական հավաստագիր չի պահանջվում հանրապետության սահմանով տեղափոխվող փոստային փոխադրումներում, ինքնաթիռների, ուղևորական վագոնների, ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների ուղևորների, ինքնաթիռների անձնակազմի և վագոն-ռեստորանների աշխատողների ձեռքի ուղեբեռներում առկա բուսասանիտարական հսկողության ենթակա բեռների համար (սա չի վերաբերում սերմնանյութին, տնկանյութին և կարտոֆիլին): ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ՝ ՀՀ տարածք ներմուծվող բուսական ծագման մթերքների բնաիրային քանակությունները չեն կարող գերազանցել յուրաքանչյուր ապրանքի համար 50 կգ-ը, գետնընկույզի դեպքում՝ 20 կգ-ը, իսկ չբոված սուրճի դեպքում՝ 5 կգ-ը:
Ելնելով վերոնշյալ պահանջից՝ ՍԱՊԾ-ն հորղորում է ներմուծում իրականացնող ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց գործել ՀՀ օրենսդրության շրջանակներում և չփորձել առանց արտահանող երկրի լիազոր մարմնի կողմից տրված բուսասանիտարական հավաստագրի ՀՀ տարածք ներմուծել նշված չափաքանակները գերազանցող բուսական ծագման ապրանքներ, հակառակ պարագայում, օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով, կարգելվի ամբողջ խմբաքանակի ներմուծումը:
