Այո, 18 տարեկան զինվորները չեն կանգնի սահմանին: Այս մոտեցումն ու այս հզոր գաղափարը «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժմանն է: Այս մասին օրեր առաջ հայտարարեց շարժման համակարգող խորհդի նախագահ Արման Վարդանյանը:
Սա հեղափոխական մոտեցում է, որը ոգևորել է բոլորին: Բոլորին, որովհետև բանակը մեր բոլորիս սուրբ տեղն է:
Տեսեք, բանակ գնում են 18 տարեկան, անփորձ և շատ անգամ նվաղ երիտասարդներ: Բանակ գնալուց հետո, այս երիտասարդներին տանում են սահման, որտեղ նրանք հաճախ ստիպված են լինում դիմադրել թշնամու հատուկ ջոկատային հրոսակախմբերին, դիվերսանտ հետախույզներին, և շատ ժամանակ մենք ականատես ենք լինում ողբերգությունների:
Բացի սահմանը պաշտպանելը, 18 տարեկան, «քուչի» պանյատներով ապրող և դեռ չկայացած զինվորների միջև անկայուն հարաբերություններ են լինում, որոնց դեմն առնել ոչ ոք չի կարողանում: Բանն այն է, որ մեր հրամանատարների մեջ էլ կան, «ճիշտ ու սխալ»-ի հետևորդներ, որոնք ի պաշտոնե հրամանատար են:
Արման Վարդանյանն առաջարկում է մի լուծում, որը պետք է բոլորիս: 18 տարեկան պատանին, որը դեռ երիտասարդ էլ չէ, չպետք է վտանգի իր կյանքը, և դրա համար ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ն պետք է անցում կատարի կիսապրոֆեսիոնալ բանակի:
Վստահ եմ, հազարավոր անիմաստ հաստիքներ պահելու փոխարեն, մենք ի վիճակի կլինենք բանակն ամբողջովին համալրելու պայմանագրային զինվորներով, կկարողանանք նրանց տալ բարձր աշխատավարձ, և նրանք էլ պրոֆեսիոնալ կերպով կկարողանան հսկել սահմանները:
Շատերը ասում են, որ այս մեթոդն անհնար է կիրառել: Սխալվում են: Հենց այս մեթոդն է, որ ԶՈՒ-ն կդարձնի ավելի հզոր, և այս ամենը կիրառելուց հետո թշնամին ավելի կսարսափի մեզանից, քանի որ իր դիվերսանտ թափթփուկներին սահմանի այս կողմում, ամբողջ երկայնքով կդիմավորեն մեր հատուկ ջոկատային, բայց և պայմանագրային զինվորները:
