«Քեմփ Դևիդ»-ն ու ռուսական «բացառիկ» ներգործությունը ՀԱԿ առաջնորդի ելույթում

Նարեկ Սամսոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Տեխնիկական պատճառներով Տեր-Պետրոսյանի ելույթին անդրադարձն ամբողջությամբ դեռ հասանելի չէ, բայց այս հատվածը հրապարակում եմ որպես խոստացվածի ժամանակավոր «փոխհատուցում»:
Շատ հետաքրքիր մի բացթողում Տեր-Պետրոսյանի ելույթի պատմական հատվածում. Իսրայելի օրինակի մասին խոսելիս ՀԱԿ առաջնորդը հիշեց 1978-ին տեղի ունեցած պատմական Քեմփ Դևիդի հաշտության պայմանագիրը Եգիպտոսի և Իսրայելի միջև: Հետագայում, երբ արդեն արձանագրել էր, որ «ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի լուծման բանալին գտնվում է Ռուսատանում» (իրականում, անգամ մանկահասակ երեխային է պարզ, որ ԼՂ հակամարտության ՉԼՈՒԾՄԱՆ բանալին է գտնվում ՌԴ-ում և ոչ թե հակառակը), Տեր-Պետրոսյանը փոխզիջումային քաղաքականությունը փաստարկելու համար կրկին բերեց Քեմփ Դևիդի համաձայնագրի օրինակը, երբ Իսրայելը հանուն խաղաղության Եգիպտոսին վերադարձրեց Սինայի թերակղզին: Իհարկե, Տեր-Պետրոսյանը շատ ճիշտ օրինակ է բերում, բայց լինելով փորձառու հռետոր՝ բավականին խորամանկ ձևով թաքցնում է Քեմփ Դևիդի պայմանագրի կարևորագույն աշխարհաքաղաքական ենթատեքստը:
Քեմփ Դևիդի հայտնի հաշտության պայմանագիրը հնարավոր դարձավ կնքել միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ Եգիպտոսին հնարավոր եղավ դուրս բերել Սովետական ազդեցությունից: Քեմփ Դևիդի հաշտության պայմանագիրը դիվանագիտական աշխարհում հայտնի է որպես ԽՍՀՄ մեծագույն դիվանագիտական պարտություններից մեկը: Շատերն անգամ պնդում են, որ 1981 թվականին Անվար Սադաթի սպանությունը պլանավորել և իրականացրել են հենց սովետական հատուկ ծառայությունների օժանդակությամբ:
Իհարկե, Տեր-Պետրոսյանն այս ամենը բոլորից լավ գիտի, լավ գիտի նաև, որ Քեմփ Դևիդի նման հաշտության պայմանագիր կնքելը Ադրբեջանի հետ հնարավոր է միայն ռուսական ազդեցության ի սպառ բացակայության դեպքում, բայց ինչո՞ւ չօգտագործել պատեհ առիթն ու հերթական անգամ ապացուցել, որ հանուն հյուսիսային բարեկամների կարելի է անգամ միմյանց հետ համեմատել անհամեմատելին. միևնույն է, սեփական կողմնակիցները կուրորեն հավատում և ինքնամոռաց ծափահարում են, իսկ հակառակորդները քննադատում են դասագրքային ճշմարտությունները:
