• Որպես միջազգային հարաբերությունների և հարակից գիտաճյուղային դիսցիպլինների վրա 6 տարի գլուխ ջարդած մարդ՝ ուզում եմ ձեզ ասել, որ «ռուս-թուրքական համատեղ քննչական հետաքննություն», «ռուս քննիչները մեկնել են Անկարա՝ հետաքննելու» և նմանատիպ այլ տեքստերը պարզագույն քարոզչական բլեֆ են։
• Գոյություն ունի միջազգային իրավական-քաղաքական պարադիգմ։ Այդ պարադիգմի ներսում գոյություն ունեն միջազգային իրավունքի սկզբունքներ։ Այդ սկզբունքների մեջ գոյություն ունեն պետությունների ինքնիշխան հավասարության ու ներքին գործերին չմիջամտելու սկզբունքները։ Այդ սկզբունքներից նաև բխում է, որ մի պետության տարածքում տեղի ունեցած իրավախախտումն ընդդատյա ու հետաքննելի է տվյալ երկրի դատաիրավական համակարգին։ Փորձել հետաքննել մի երկրում տեղի ունեցած հանցագործությունը՝ լինելով այլ երկրի պաշտոնյա, նշանակում է բացահայտ հայտարարել այդ պետության ինքնիշխանությունը չհարգելու մասին, ինչն այժմյան ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերություններում բացառելի է։
• Առավելագույնը, ինչ անելու են Մոսկվայից Անկարա գնացած ռուս պաշտոնյաները, առաջին ձեռքից թուրք քննիչների աշխատանքներին (մասամբ՝ կոնֆիդենցիալ) հաղորդակից լինելն ու այդ մասին Մոսկվա հայտնելն է լինելու։ Հարցաքննությունների քսերոքսներ-բաներ և այլն։ Իսկ հետո այդ քննիչները շատ արագ կհեռանան Թուրքիայից, ու բոլորս կմոռանանք նրանց մասին։
