  • 1/2 բաժակ թթվասեր
  • 1/2 թեյի գդալ սխտորի փոշի
  • 1 մեծ լիմոնի ցեդրա
  • 1/2 թեյի գդալ աղ
  • 1/4 բաժակ սամիթ

Մյուս բաղադրիչները

  • 3 բարակ լավաշ
  • 350գ ապխտած սաղմոն
  • մի քիչ կարագ

Նախ խառնեք միջուկի բաղադրիչները: Խառնուրդի կեսը քսեք լավաշներից մեկի վրա, հաշվի առեք, որ լավաշի ծայրերը կտրվելու են: Վերևից դրեք սաղմոնի կեսը: Մյուս լավաշի վրա քսեք մի փոքր կարագ և այդ կողմով դրեք սաղմոնի վրա, այդպիսով սաղմոնը կամրանա լավաշին: Այնուհետև լավաշին քսեք միջուկի մնացած մասը, վրան դրեք սաղմոնը և 3-րդ լավաշի շերտը վրան կարագ քսած, այդ կողմով դեպի սաղմոնը: Փաթաթեք սննդային թաղանթով (пищевая пленка) և 4 ժամով դրեք սառնարան (կարելի է թողնել ողջ գիշեր): Հանելուց հետո կտրեք լավաշի ավելորդ հատվածները՝ հաղորդելով քառակուսու (ուղղանկյունու) տեսք: Այնուհետև ամբողջից առանձնացրեք քառակուսիներ և դրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը ծակեք ատամի փայտիկով:
