Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 20-ին, ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում Ժամը 20:40-ի սահմաններում Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի Լյուքսեմբուրգ փողոցի 7-րդ շենքի 23 բնակարանի բնակիչները տևական ժամանակ չեն պատասխանում դռան և հեռախոսազանգերին: Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն ժամանել է ԱԻՆ ՓԾ թիվ 9 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ խմբի պետ Արման Ժամկոչյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ժամանում է նաև ԱԻՆ ՓԾ ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ փրկարար ծառայության կապիտան Արթուր Ճաղարյանի գլխավորությամբ: Տեղում են նաև շտապօգնության 1-03 թիվ 53 բուժբրիգադը, ինչպես նաև ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արմեն Իսրայելյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ փրկարարները նախ պատուհանից հարևանների և ընթերականների ներկայությամբ ներս են մտել, որտեղ անկողնում հայտնաբերել են մոտ 80 տարեկան մի կնոջ, իսկ հատակին մահացած վիճակում հայտնաբերել են 60-ամյա տղամարդու:
Շտապօգնության բժշիկները փորձում են օգնություն ցուցաբերել կնոջը, սակայն նա դիմադրում է և թույլ չի տալիս, որպեսզի իրեն օգնեն: Այս պահին Նոր Նորքի ոստիկանապետ Ա Իսրայելյանի հանձնարարականով նշված վայր է ժամանում դատական բժիշկն ու հոգեբանը, քանի որ, ըստ հարևանների հայտնածի՝ կինը գտնվում է հոգեկան անհավասարակշիռ վիճակում:
Դեպքի մասին տեղեկությունը փոխանցվել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանում է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Դավիթ Գևորգյանի և բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Արմեն Մարգարյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի մի խումբ օպերլիազորներ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
