Ահաբեկիչներն էլ իրենց հերթին են «տարի փակում»

Մոտենում է Ամանորը, Սուրբ Ծնունդը տոնական անցուդարձը շուտով կզուգակցվի նաև անցնող տարվա անձնական–հանրային ամփոփմամբ, և այնպիսի տպավորություն է, թե միջազգային ահաբեկչությունն էլ իր հերթին է «տարի փակում»: Դեկտեմբերի 19–ը, ռուս դիվանագետների սպանության հետ միասին, նշանավորվեց բեռլինյան ահաբեկչությամբ, որին զոհ գնացին 12 հոգի, վիրավորվեցին 48–ը: Արդեն ճշտված տվյալներով՝ ծագումով պակիստանցի ահաբեկիչը, բեռնատարով մխրճվել էր սուրբծննդյան տոնավաճառ, հսկայական իրարանցում առաջացնելով տոնական եռուզեռի մեջ եղող բազմության շրջանում, որտեղ քիչ չէին նաև զբոսաշրջիկները: Հաղորդվում է, թե բեռնատարի լեհ վարորդը տեղում սպանվել է ոստիկանների կողմից, իսկ բուն ահաբեկչին հաջողվել է ձերբակալել, և այս պահին քննություն է իրականացվում:
 
Բնականաբար, կատարվածը դատապարտվել է միջազգայնորեն, իսկ հատկապես եվրոպական երկրների պատկան մարմիններն ուժեղացրել են հսկողությունը մայրաքաղաքներում ու խոշոր քաղաքներում, որտեղ շատ մեծ է նոր ահաբեկչությունների կազմակերպման վտանգը:
 
Հանգամանք, որ փորձագետներին դեռ շաբաթներ առաջ էր ստիպել նորովի գնահատել միջազգային ահաբեկչության կողմից նետված մարտահրավերները, և այս պահին արդեն ասպարեզում են ամենատարբեր գնահատականներ: Pew Research Center–ի վկայությամբ, օրինակ, Արևմուտքի բնակչության մոտ 50%–ը նույնիսկ ոչ թե պետության առջև ծառացած համընդհանուր–վերացական, այլ անձնական/ֆիզիկական անվտանգության խնդիր է նկատում միջազգային ահաբեկչությունը՝ դրանում իսլամական գործոնը դոմինանտ համարելով: Ինչ վերաբերում է Արևելքին և աֆրիկյան երկրներին՝ այստեղ ահաբեկչությունն անձնական անվտանգության խնդիր է դիտարկում բնակչության սոսկ 42%–ը:
 
Եվրոպայում ամենաշատը՝ 67%–ով, իրեն խոցելի է զգում Ֆրանսիան: Նրան հետևում է Իսպանիան, որտեղ, որքան էլ զարմանալի թվա, բնակչության 60%–ն է սարսափում ահաբեկչությունից: 56%–ով անհանգստացած է Գերմանիան, 53%–ով՝ ԱՄՆ–ն, 53%–ով՝ Իտալիան, 52%–ով՝ Մեծ Բրիտանիան և այլն: Եվ հետաքրքիր է, որ այս ֆոնին ահաբեկչության չաճող և նույնիսկ նվազման մակարդակ է գրանցվել դրանից անընդհատ ցնցվող Թուրքիայում՝ 19%, և Ռուսաստանում, որտեղ բնակչության միայն 22%–ն է միջազգային ահաբեկչությունը անձնական խնդիր համարում:
 
Փորձագետները գլուխ են ջարդում այս դիլեման հասկանալու, որովհետև ակնհայտ է, որ մարդիկ նոր ահաբեկչությունների հնարավորությունը կամ դրա հետ կապված տագնապը այնքան էլ ռեալ իրականությամբ, իրական սպասումներով ու նախադեպերով չեն պայմանավորում: Մյուս կողմից էլ այլևս ապացուցված է, որ աշխարհի մոտ 40 երկրներում և 45435 մլն մարդկանց շրջանում անցկացված արդյունքների վկայությամբ՝ ամենաշատը Արևմուտքում և հատկապես Արևմտյան Եվրոպայում են մարդիկ անհանգստացած ահաբեկչությունից և, փաստորեն, Եվրամիության կողմից վարվող միգրացիոն քաղաքականությունն են որպես հիմնական պատճառ մատնանշում: Փաստ, ինչն էլ իր հերթին մեկ այլ եզրակացության տեղիք է տալիս՝ արևմտյան ազգայնականության հնարավոր անկառավարելի բռնկման հետ կապված, ինչը կարող է անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներ ունենալ գլոբալ մասշտաբով: Եվ ինչի առիթով ահա փորձագետները դարձյալ վտանգի կոչնակ են հնչեցնում:
