Արցախի վարչապետը ծխախոտագործների հետ քննարկել է ճյուղի զարգացման խնդիրները

Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը դեկտեմբերի 21-ին՝ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Արամ Մխոյանի, շրջվարչակազմերի ղեկավարների և «Մասիս տոբակո» ընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն Հովհաննես Թադևոսյանի մասնակցությամբ, հանդիպել է ծխախոտագործությամբ զբաղվող հողօգտագործողների հետ և  քննարկել ճյուղի զարգ ացման հետ կապված մի շարք հարցեր:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին  ԱՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ծխախոտագործությունը հեռանկարային բնագավառ համարելով՝ կառավարության ղեկավար Ա. Հարությունյանը նշել է, որ ստեղծված են բարենպաստ պայմաններ ճյուղը հանրապետությունում նշանակալիորեն զարգացնելու համար, մանավանդ՝ ունենալով այնպիսի  բարեխիղճ ու արհեստավարժ գործընկեր, ինչպիսին «Մասիս տոբակո» ընկերությունն է:

Հանդիպմանն ընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն Հ. Թադևոսյանը ներկայացրել է ծրագրի ներկա վիճակը, ապրիլյան դեպքերի և  եղանակային անբարենպաստ պայմանների պատճառով ծագած խնդիրները և համապատասխան խորհրդատվություն ու այլ աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու պայմաններում ակնկալել փոխշահավետ համագործակցություն:

Կառավարության ղեկավարը վստահեցրել է, որ այսուհետ ևս ծխախոտագործները ստանալու են պետական աջակցություն: Սակայն անբարեխիղճ հողօգտագործողների հետ ոչ միայն չեղյալ է հայտարարվելու պայմանագիրը, այլ նաև նրանք զրկվելու են պետական աջակցությունից օգտվելու հնարավորությունից:

Ա. Հարությունյանը հանձնարարել է շրջվարչակազմերի ղեկավարներին ընդլայնել ծխախոտի մշակության հողատարածքները, իսկ գյուղնախարարությանը՝ մի շարք տեղերում արտեզյան ջրհորներ փորել՝ կաթիլային ոռոգումն ապահովելու համար:

Գյուղնախարարության և ընկերության միջև  ձեռք է բերվել պայմանավորվածություն՝ ծխախոտագործությամբ զբաղվողների համար առաջիկայում դասընթացներ կազմակերպելու շուրջ:

Հանդիպման ավարտին հողօգտագործողները բարձրացրել են իրենց հուզող հարցերը, հանդես եկել առաջարկներով և ստացել համապատասխան պարզաբանումներ:
