Արմեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հայաստանի էներգահամակարգի հուսալիության բարձրացման նպատակով Վերակառուցման և զարգացման միջազգային բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող «Նորադուզ-Լիճք-Վարդենիս-Վայք-Որոտան-1» էլեկտրահաղորդման շուրջ 230կմ երկարությամբ օդային գծի վերակառուցումը կավարտվի հաջորդ տարվա առաջին կեսին։ Աշխատանքների հիմնական մասն արդեն ավարտվել է։ Գիծը միացնում է էներգահամակարգի երկու արտադրող կայանները՝ «Հրազդան ՋԷԿ»-ը և Որոտանի հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների կասկադը։ Նշենք, որ ծրագրի իրականացումը նպատակ ունի ոչ միայն բարձրացնել էներգահամակարգի հուսալիությունը, այլև ավելացնել հզորությունը։

Հայաստանը որդեգրել է կայուն տնտեսական զարգացման քաղաքականություն, որը ենթադրում է տնտեսության համընթաց զարգացում և այդ ենթատեքստում էներգետիկան, որպես կարևորագույն ոլորտ, կոչված է ապահովելու երկրի այնպիսի առաջընթաց, որը բնապահպանական խնդիրների ներդաշնակեցման և հավասարակշռման միջոցով նախադրյալներ կստեղծի հաջորդ սերունդների կայուն զարգացման համար` միաժամանակ նվազեցնելով էներգիայի կորուստների մակարդակը: Այդ առումով, ՀՀ–ի էներգետիկ անվտանգության բարձրացման միջոցառումները շատ կարևոր են։ Էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը քաղաքական, տնտեսական, իրավական, կազմակերպական, մեթոդական և այլ բնույթի միջոցառումների համալիր է, որն ապահովում է պետության կարիքների բավարարման համար մատչելի գներով, որակյալ և հուսալի էներգամատակարարում ամենօրյա պայմաններում, ինչպես նաև արտակարգ իրավիճակներում և պատերազմի ժամանակ:

Նշենք, որ վերակառուցման արդյունքում գծի թողունակությունը 250 ՄՎտ-ից կհասնի 310 ՄՎտ-ի, կբարելավվեն տեխնիկական պարամետրերը, կորուստները 1,6 տոկոսից կհասնեն 0,7 տոկոսի։ Բացի այդ, տնտեսված միջոցները նույնպես ծառայելու են կոնկրետ նպատակների։ Այսպես` ծրագրի շրջանակներում տնտեսված միջոցներով կվերակառուցվեն նաև շուրջ 50 կմ երկարությամբ «Լալվար» և «Նոյեմբերյան» 110 կՎ օդային գծերը, որոնք շահագործվում են սկսած 1962թ.։ Իրականացված միջազգային մրցույթի արդյունքում այս տարվա օգոստոսին իրանական «Գամ Արաք» ընկերության հետ կնքվել է գլխավոր կապալառուի պայմանագիր` շուրջ 4,4 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար գումարով: Հաջորդ տարի նախատեսվում է ավարտել ենթակայանների վերակառուցման նախագծման աշխատանքները և մեկնարկել շինարարությունը։
