Анфиса Чехова всегда отличалась пышными формами. Телеведущая не раз говорила, что комфортно чувствует себя в своем теле, однако недавно звезда начала стремительно терять вес, и сейчас многие поклонники просто не узнают свою любимицу.
Избавившись от лишнего веса, Анфиса стала более уверенной в себе, а в Instagram звезды все чаще стали появляться пикантные снимки.
Недавно телеведущая опубликовала фото в сексуальной комбинации, а теперь Чехова снялась и вовсе без нижнего белья для рекламы массажиста. «Кто хорошо работает,
того хорошо мнут!» — подписала кадр звезда.
Молодая мама уже рассказала, что не прибегала к изнурительным диетам и не мучила себя,а достигла такого эффекта только с помощью глобальных внутренних изменений. Телеведущая уверяет, что работала над собой: росла духовно и меняла свое сознание,а резкое снижение веса — это некий ответ организма на все изменения.
Впрочем, йога, обертывания и детокс-программы тоже сделали свое дело. А недавно Анфиса попробовала гирудотерапию — лечение пиявками.
