Պալիատիվ բժշկական օգնության ծառայությունները մատչելի կդառնան

Պալիատիվ բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման շրջանակներում մատուցվող ծառայություններն առավել հասանելի ու մատչելի կդառնան, իսկ որակը և բարձր արդյունավետությունը տեսանելի կլինեն արդեն հաջորդ տարվանից:

 «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ`  ՀՀ կառավարությունն արձանագրային որոշմամբ հավանության է արժանացրել «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում պալիատիվ (ամոքիչ) բժշկական օգնության հայեցակարգը և հայեցակարգի կատարումն ապահովող միջոցառումների ցանկը», որտեղ առաջին անգամ գնահատվել է առողջապահական համակարգում պալիատիվ բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման ներդրման առկա վիճակը:

Վիճակագրական տվյալների վերլուծության համաձայն` հանրապետությունում օրական շուրջ 3000 հիվանդ ունենում է պալիատիվ բժշկական օգնության ծառայությունների կարիք, այդ թվում՝ այնպիսի տեսակների, ինչպիսիք են քիմիաթերապիան, ճառագայթային բուժումը, ցավի համախտանիշով տառապող քրոնիկ և անբուժելի հիվանդների ամոքիչ բուժումն ու ցավազրկումը:

Առողջապահական համակարգի տարբեր մակարդակներում պալիատիվ բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման իրական պահանջարկը գնահատելու և հետագայում ներդնելու նպատակով վերջին երեք տարվա ընթացքում, նաև միջազգային փորձագետների մասնակցությամբ, իրականացվել են ուսումնասիրություններ, քննարկումներ, համաժողովներ:

Պալիատիվ խնամքի հիմնական նպատակը այն մարդկանց կյանքի որակի ապահովումն է, ովքեր անբուժելի, արագ զարգացող հիվանդության վերջնական փուլում են: Այս գործում կարևոր է հիվանդանոցային և արտահիվանդանոցային բժշկական հաստատությունների միջոցով ամբողջական, համակարգված ծառայությունների մատուցումը, ինչը կմեղմի և կօգնի կառավարել հիվանդության վերջնական փուլում գտնվող անձանց ցավը, կնպաստի բացասական ախտանշանների բացահայտմանը` միաժամանակ ցուցաբերելով սոցիալական, հոգեբանական և հոգևոր աջակցություն:
