Մեր երիտասարդությունն, անկասկած, կարողանալու է ապահովել մեր երկրի անվտանգությունն անհրաժեշտության դեպքում:

Առաջնորդության դպրոցի ուսանողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նման համոզմունք հայտնեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը: 

«Մեր առաջընթացը երիտասարդների ձեռքում է: Երբեմն հարցեր են տրվում, թե արդյոք մեր երկրի անվտանգության ապահովման ան հրաժեշտության դեպքում նոր սերունդը կկարողանա ապահովել մեր երկրի անվտանգությունն այնպես, ինչպես արեցին իմ սերնդակիցները Արցախյան ազատամարտի ժամանակ: Իմ մոտ կասկածներ երբևիցե չեն կարող լինել: Ամեն անգամ ես ասում եմ, որ միանշանակ կարողանալու են»,- շեշտեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը:

Սեյրան Օհանյանի կարծիքով` հայ երիտասարդները, եթե անհրաժեշտություն լինի, մեր երկրի պաշտպանությունն իրականացնելու են ավելի նվիրված, ավելի անձնուրաց: «Մենք էլ պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք, որ դուք հասկանաք, որ դուք եք լինելու այս երկրի տերերը»,- դիմելով ուսանողներին` ընդգծեց Օհանյանը:

Շնորհավորելով երիտասարդներին Հայաստանի անկախության տոնի առթիվ` պաշտպանության նախարարը նաև նշեց, որ այս օրերին ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի ղեկավարությունը հանդիպումներ է ունենում տարբեր բուհերում, բոլոր դպրոցներում: «Նպատակն այն է, որ բանակը մշտապես կապ ունենա հասարակության հետ, զինծառայողներն էլ պատրաստ լինեն զինծառայությունից հետո իրենց կրթությունը շարունակելուն»,- նշեց Սեյրան Օհանյանը:
