34,8% աճ` էքսպորտի «ֆրոնտում»

Տնտեսական տարին փակում ենք և կարելի է արդեն մոտավոր պատկերացում կազմել 2016-ի ցուցանիշների մասով: Ինչպես գիտենք, հունիս ամսից տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը ՀՀ-ում սկսեց նվազել: Չնայած նրան, որ նոյեմբերին այդ տեմպերը թուլացել են և անգամ որոշ ճյուղերում գրանցվել է երկնիշ աճ, պլանավորված 2,2% աճի մակարդակը, որը նախատեսված էր ընթացիկ տարվա բյուջեով, կարծես թե դառնում է անիրականալի:
Այսպիսով տարվա 11 ամիսների կտրվածքով ՀՀ տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը կազմել է 100,6%: Դեկտեմբերին ենթադրվում է որոշակի բարելավում, ակտիվության ավելի բարձ ցուցանիշ: Այսպիսի արդյունք ակնկալելու համար հիմք են հանդիսանում այն, որ նոյեմբերին տնտեսության որոշ կարևոր ճյուղերում, ինչպես օրինակ շինարարությունում 12,4% աճ է գրանցվել: Նոյեմբերին արտահնումը աճել է 34,8%-ով, իսկ ներմուծումը՝ 23,7% -ով: Ինչպես նաև գալիք տոները և դրանց հետ կապված տրանսվերտների ծավալների ավելացումը:
Չնայած այս ամենին, եթե, ներկայացնենք ցուցանիշները հունվար-նոյեմբեր ժամանակահատվածի կտրվածքով, պարզ է դառնում, որ շինարարության շարունակական անկմանը (9,9%) միացել է նաև գյուղատնտեսությունը (6,1%): Կայուն են արդյունաբերության և ծառայությունների ցուցանիշները՝ 6,8% և 7,8% աճով համապատասխանաբար: Տնտեսության մեջ առկա բացասական երևույթները առավել սրվեցին անցնող տարվա երկրորդ կիսամյակում: Տնտեսական ակտիվության անկումը, պահանջարկի կրճատումը, հարկերի հավաքման թերակատարումը, օտարերկրյա ներդրումների կրճատումը, բարձր պետական պարտքի մակարդակը, աղքատության խորացումը, արտագաղթի դեռևս բարձր տեմպերը, կապիտալի մեծ արտահոսքը երկրից, որոնք էլ դարձան լուրջ խնդիրներ կառավարության համար:
Թերևս խնդիրների լուծումը պետք է սկսել ոլորտների կայունացումից, որից հետո միայն կերևա կատարված աշխատանքի արդյունքը:
