Պրոբացիոն ծառայությունում հաշվառման մեջ է գտնվում 2813 դատապարտյալ

Արդարադատության նախարարության 2016 թվականի կարևոր ձեռքբերումներից մեկը պրոբացիոն համակարգի ներդրումն է Հայաստանում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` դեկտեմբերի 22-ին ամփոփելով Արդարադատության նախարարության 2016 թվականի աշխատանքները՝ նշեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախ արար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը:
«2016 թվականի մայիսին երկրում տարիներ շարունակ քննարկված և իրականություն դարձած պրոբացիոն համակարգն էր, որն Ազգային ժողովի կողմից ընդունվեց միաձայն: Սեպտեմբերի 1-ից Արդարադատության կազմում ստեղծվեց Պրոբացիայի պետական ծառայությունը: Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների նախկին աշխատակիցները դարձան պրոբացիայի ծառայության աշխատողներ»,- նշեց Հովհաննիսյանը:
Ըստ նախարարի` այս ծառայությունը պետք է կանգնի դատապարտյալի կողքին, որ նա կարողանա վերաինտեգրվել հասարակությանը:
«Պրոբացիայի պետական ծառայությունում ներկայումս հաշվառման մեջ է գտնվում 2813 դատապարտյալ, որոնց նկատմամբ նշանակվել է 1783 պատիժ, որից 1411-ը` տուգանք, 199-ը` որոշակի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու կամ որոշակի գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու իրավունքից զրկում, իսկ 173-ը՝ հանրային աշխատանքներ»,- ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը:
Վերահսկողությունների քանակը կազմում է 1206, որից 1135-ը պատիժը պայմանականորեն չկիրառված դատապարտյալներ են, 62-ը` պատժից պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատված և 9-ը պատժի հետաձգմամբ: 176 անձնական գործում կա մեկից ավելի պատիժ կամ վերահսկողություն:
2016 թվականի մայիսին ձայների 116 կողմ, 0 դեմ, 0 ձեռնպահ հարաբերակցությամբ Ազգային ժողովը ընդունեց «Պրոբացիայի և պրոբացիայի պետական ծառայության մասին» օրենքը:
